“Fair apartment, but has it's drawbacks!”
+The apartment is well fitted and spacious.
−Located a fair distance away from main attractions and subway is a fair walk away. the bed is not 'hotel quality' and very soft. Limited bedding and there is an additional charge of 30Euro for extra bedding!! The unit is not serviced and you are expected to clean up and leave the unit 'as you found it' upon check out!!!! The unit is fine for a couple, but has very little to no privacy especially when using the toilet or bathroom. The unit is located on a fairly busy public walkway, with an entrance gate to another complex just outside the door - so expect outside noise and having to get up early each morning to the sound of the gate outside being opened and closed regularly.

+The apartment is very comfortable for two people, located in a quiet part of the city, close to a market and public transport. The host was excellent.
−The shower is directly connected to the room and has transparent glass.

“A big and lovely room with many facilities in a lovely neighborhood”
+The room is big with various facilities like cooking stove, smart TV and so on. The location is great as well, with nearby bus stop and metro within 10 minutes walking distance that can lead you to city center along with a very close supermarket and a few local restaurants for breakfast. The host is also communicative and very nice.
−The water pressure in the bathroom could be a bit stronger, but other than that, everything is great.

“Experiencia muy agradable”

−Letto..inaccettabile.scomodissimo qualità scarsa …materasso estremamente scomodo. Una lavastoviglie sarebbe meglio e più efficiente che una lavatrice..il bucato si fa a casa quando si rientra. Le stoviglie e tutto il resto no.

“Viaje en familia a Madrid”
+La ubicación no está mal, porque en bus estás en nada en la gran Vía. Tienes cerca supermercados para comprar y en si el apartamento está muy bien para tres personas que éramos nosotros. Esta era la segunda vez que nos alojábamos aquí, la primera vez fue hace 7 años y como ya sabíamos cómo era por eso lo volvimos a reservar.
−No es que no nos gustara, pero desde que estuvimos la otra vez que hace 7 años, se necesitaría cambiar el colchón de la cama porque se hunde para el medio y es incomodo dormir dos personas, yo al final acabé durmiendo con mi hija en el sofá cama. Y el tema de la cocina renovar sartén y olla porque están picadas y se pega la comida y algún cuchillo de sierra hemos echado en falta y tampoco hemos hecho muchas comidas en el apartamento.
