“Nice flat but many negative points”

−Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The apartment had potential, but several important issues affected the stay. The biggest problem was the internet connection. The WiFi was extremely poor and worked properly only for a very limited time each day, with almost no network most of the time. For two guests staying 8 days, only two towels were provided for the entire stay, which was really insufficient. There was also only one blanket/cover available, which made the stay uncomfortable. Communication with the host was also difficult, as responses were often very delayed. In addition, there was construction work directly next to the window, so every morning we were woken up very early by construction machines and workers talking just outside the apartment. I believe these points should be improved to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

+The best thing about this place is that there's a supermarket right outside the door. That's what I liked most.
−I am very dissatisfied with my stay. There is a pervasive moldy smell throughout the property, the bathroom drains are clogged, and there are cockroaches present. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable.

“para un día, vale que te va”
+Ubicación buena. íbamos al Madrid Arena y esta cerca unos 15 minutos andando tranquilos. y tiene el supermercado y farmacia al lados, y bares tanto para desayunar y comer.
−era un sótano, así que había algo de humedad y la limpieza no estaba muy bien, solo había que mirar la puerta del baño por dentro para ver la porquería de meses. y la alcachofa de la ducha esta medio rota. Iban habilitar antes el código de la puerta, pero cuando llegamos no se abría, y tarde mas de dos horas en poder localizarlos. Cuando los localizamos la primera puerta si se abrió pero la de la casa no. al final tuvieron que darnos las llaves de la taquilla. pero con todo el lio. no se pudo llegar a tiempo al campeonato, y nos perdimos la mitad.

−Olor a humedad, ambiente húmedo sin poder ventilar por estar todo en obras y ser un sótano. El sofá lleno de insectos. Y en la zona de alrededor del sofa también, en suelo y paredes. La tv tenía una raya en medio.
