“Willow cottage rye perfect getaway”
+Loved this cosy cottage! Everything you need for a quiet, comfy stay..5 mins by car to rye , perfect for a short getaway. Wasn't expecting under floor heating in bathroom! Luke was a very good host, would definitely recommend this accommodation

“Great for a short break (3 nights)”
+The property was quaint. The lounge furniture was a little tired but OK. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was clean and tidy. Bedroom was a good size with good storage and USB plugs near to bed, which were very handy
−With single glazing, which whilst in keeping with the property could have benefitted from secondary double glazing. Heating worked well, so never cold. Garden was a little disappointing as basically overgrown.

“Cosy Cottage stay with some areas for improvement”
+The cottage was cosy and had a lovely comfy bed. Spacious lounge and decent kitchen, plus an exceptional amount of books and reading materials. Communication was good and hosts were very accommodating of our request to park two vehicles.
−The garden/outdoor area was very overgrown and tucked around the side of the cottage (only access to this was via the front door and round the side of the garage), we didn’t end up using it at all despite the hot weather as it just didn’t feel very accessible or well maintained. The shower also only ran hot which wasn’t ideal. There was a bath though so we used this instead, otherwise we would have mentioned it during our stay.

+The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Great location and easy walking distance to the town centre. Good base to visit local attractions such as Bodiam castle or Camber sands beach.

“Beautiful cottage in private setting close drive to Rye. The owners were really lovely. We would definitely recommend an”
+Lovely little cottage, with its own parking space, set back on private grounds with owners next door, who were on hand if there were any issues (which there weren’t), really friendly, helpful and left us in privacy which we appreciated. The cottage had fabulous heating and was very warm and cozy. Anyone with dogs would also find this cottage a perfect place to stay.
−It was a short drive into Rye which was absolutely fine - we didn’t feel it was a short walking distance away - unless there was a walking route of which we were unaware. It had absolutely everything we needed. It would have been nice to have had a little drop of milk in the fridge to have had with a tea/coffee when we arrived, but that’s such a small thing when everything was so perfect.

“Would definitely recommend Willow Cottage if visiting Rye and surrounding areas.”
+We had a lovely 2 night stay at Willow Cottage. The accommodation was very clean and cosy and the bed was so comfortable! It’s in an excellent location to visit local areas. There are also two great, friendly pubs within walking distance of the cottage.
