“Host is rude. Bad medicine smell around flat. No AC. No water at night. Too many problems.”
+Only the sitting room was better.
−First of all location is full of medical facilities. Smells of medicine. In morning there is a queue of people waiting for medical next door. If you are booking that property has air conditioning then dont. AC doesn’t work its just like a fan and ofter 1-2 hours it gives error code and stops. I complained to host but no point. First he said weather is good you dont need AC. Host is rude and kept saying its a brand new AC and works fine. Error code CH-38 check online no refrigerant in ac. When you come back late at night after exploring city there is no water pressure at property. I complained but the host was like take shower in day time like seriously. Washing machine is full of rust. Kitchen door handle is broken. Bathroom ceiling is full of mould. Seems like its been like this for a long time. Host isn’t bothered to fix anything in this apartment. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone

“Bad experience.”
−No running water in the toilet or in the kitchen after midnight. One air conditioner for the whole apartment. Very poor Air circulation; hardly made any changes in Temperature inside the apartment during hot summer days. There were no fans. The kitchen doorknob was broken. The window latches would not lock.

+They responded promptly when we reported that the toilet flush was broken by sending out a plumber within the hour and fixing the problem. The WiFi worked perfectly.
−The facility was a bit dated, not like in the pictures was also on the 3rd floor next to medical surgery's ,dentists and doctors so was noisy from very early. Very low water pressure in the shower, bath had 2 holes filled with putty and didn’t look nice. Second toilet had no basin to was your hands in.

+The one thing I think was good was the sofa in Marrocan style, but the rug for the floor was missing.
−It is an apartment close to a clinic and it smelled strange - like a hospital treatment room. Dirty towels, shower in very poor condition, no air conditioning, etc.

−strada rumorosa:motociclette e cani,ma ovviamente non è colpa della struttura. aspiratore bagno piccolo non funziona. Cambiare tubo doccia,sporca di nero la vasca.

+C’est كانت عندنا إقامة رائعة في هذا الأبارتمون. بصراحة، المكان جميل جداً، نظيف، مريح، وكل شيء فيه منظم بشكل ممتاز. أصحاب المكان أو الأشخاص الذين يسهرون عليه تعاملهم رائع جداً، محترمون، لطفاء ومتعاونون. الموقع ممتاز كذلك، قريب جداً من البحر وقريب من جميع المرافق والخدمات، يعني تقريباً كل شيء تجده بالقرب منك ولا تحتاج إلى الذهاب بعيداً. شكراً جزيلاً على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة. كانت تجربة جميلة جداً، وبكل تأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى، وأنصح بشدة بهذا المكان لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة وممتعة في أكادير. 🙏😊 ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Honestly, the place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and everything is well organized. The people in charge are extremely kind, respectful, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also excellent , very close to the beach and surrounded by everything you may need. Shops, restaurants, and other facilities are all nearby, so everything is easily accessible. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and great hospitality. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Agadir! 🙏😊
