“My stay was exceptional, I enjoyed every moment of it 🤩🤩”
+Everything to keep us warm, electric blanket, all sorts of fleece and blankets, the carpet on the floor. Study table . It really felt like home. And everything was clean, including the bathroom wrapping towels.
−Nothing, everything was perfect.

“False advertising & unproffesional”
+There was nothing to like as it was an extremely unpleasant experience.
−The room looked nothing like what was advertised / booked. It was not in walking distance to shops as advertised. It also not an appropriate room for families as the shower is not enclosed / private. The room has no ventilation and one cant open the window as then the cats take over! I booked accommodation at Whitney in February already for our stay in April and received confirmation of my booking. The host made no contact with us at all. When arriving at the property address as per my confirmation, I phoned the host to enquire where to obtain the keys and was informed that someone else is in the unit that we have confirmation for and that we booked for another unit but my confirmation says WHITNEY - there was no other room to choose when i made my booking. My confirmed booking was for WHITNEY. The phone was then given to someone else who informed us that we have a booking down the road at another property and they don't know how we could have confirmation for Whiteny when it was occupied for another week. Surely if I wanted to stay down the road I would have booked there. I will most definetly never book or recommend them as how can one unit be advertised & then they just decide t

“Very disappointing”
+It was clean and had hot water
−I booked a room, which they asked to switch to another room. When we arrived it was at a different location and was not at all like the first room booked. There was no aircon and the rooms were just not what I expected.

“It was a lovely stay.”
+The place was really nice and quite spacious. There is a complex right next door so you don't have to travel by car to buy food it's a walking distance.
−The are where it is located. There is a lot of traffic on the road so there is a lot of noise coming from the traffic.
