“Stylish house”
+Beautiful house, good kitchen facilities, good bathrooms, comfy beds, lots of space, well maintained. Off street parking. Easy walk into town centre.
−Was all very nice. I couldn't find all the bins, but that wasn't really a problem.

−Communication with host via message, the number on the initial information was wrong, then the number on the booking.com was correct. Messaged when leaving to share about items that were not working i.e. the bottom oven did not heat up, the tea pot was cracked and leaking. There had been rubbish left in the kitchen bin and shower gel in the downstairs bathroom as if someone had stayed there and it had not been cleaned up. All the beds appeared clean though. What is most frustrating is that there has been no response to this message. It was not a complaint just for awareness, I feel it is polite just to acknowledge a message from your guests. I certainly would being a host myself. There is also only 4 seats in the kitchen at the breakfast bar and no other place to sit and eat, there is a folding dining table but no chairs.

“Very enjoyable stay with a couple of minor things to improve on. Would still go back and recommend.”
+Very comfortable accommodation with lots of space to socialise. Easy parking.
−Upstairs shower drainage was poor, had to stop shower half way through to let water run away otherwise the shower tray would have overflowed. Only 4 chairs in the kitchen when we had a party of 5. Only 1 dishwasher tablet.

+Beautiful kitchen and two lovely open and fresh bathrooms with showers and baths. Living room is a great size and very comfortable. All round great property to rent.
−There was surprisingly only 1 table spoon in the property which was awkward with 3 youngsters looking to have cereal in the morning. There were no guides as to how to operate the electrical items in the house such as; tumble dryer, washing machine, and main oven (which would not start). A little thing of note was there is nowhere to hang up outside coats or waterproofs. Open arrival there were many items left by previous visitors that n the cupboards and freezer that were massively out of date or partially opened but not sealed properly.
