“Very nice apartment, clean and modern, but disappointing kitchen”
+The apartment was really nice, good amount of spaces for 4 people. Comfortable beds, very nice bathroom. Overall clean and modern. Has AC and window shades which is very helpful during warm days. Host is responsive and friendly.
−The kitchen had a very strong bad smell from the sink. We could barely stand inside the kitchen. It also has glass doors that don't close completely and some smell went outside to the living room. AC helped dissolve the smell but not completely. Overall kitchen is not very well equipped so if you're planning to cook a lot it's better to choose another accomodation.

“Decent stay for family of four.”
+Facilities, space and location were sufficient for family.
−Lift didn’t work. Shower was leaking. Only one dish washer tablet was kept, although our stay was for 4 nights.

“Nice apartment with the need of improvements”
+Generally very clean and very quiet apartment. The area is excellent: very central with only few steps to the metro or other public transport, good infrastructure. The bed was comfortable. Internet was working well.
−Unfortunately the kitchen is not well equipped: old and scratchy pots and pans, the fridge door is partially broken (not easy to open), coffee machine not working properly. The owner doesn’t provide any basics likes salt, oil, kitchen paper/ napkins.. We asked for it but didn’t get anything.. Apartment needs some touch up: there is mould on the walls in the bathroom. Unfortunately there is no place to put your clothes in: one cupboard is without any shelves and other cupboards in the living room are all locked 🙄

“Dzīvoklis labs, attieksme nedaudz jāpamaina.”
+Martā biju 1. reizi (plašāka atsauksme uzrakstīta tad), tagad jūlijā otro reizi. Viss tieši tikpat labi - lokācija, klusums, viss nepieciešamais. Arī ar digitālo reģistrāciju sistēmā jau esmu gatava tikt galā, neprasa vairs tik daudz stresa.
−Dzīvoklis būtu pelnījis 9,5 zvaigznes, jo vienīgais mīnusiņš: no vannas istabas daļas uz dzīvojamo telpu ir pakāpiens - esiet uzmanīgi! Diemžēl tieši īpašnieku attieksmes dēļ nevaru ielikt vairāk par "8" , jo 1)iekļūšanas informācija arī šajā reizē netika atsūtīta pat ierašanās dienā; kodu atsūtīja tikai pēc pieprasīšanas, kad jau tuvojāmies dzīvoklim, 2)arvien vēl 4 mēnešu laikā nebija salabotas ledusskapja durvis (par to ziņojām ar foto jau martā).
