+The location is not terrible, but getting anywhere is quite inconvenient , it’s not possible to reach Aupark directly, and it takes more than 30 minutes to get to the city center. The transport connections in this area are simply not very well designed
−1. The apartment is extremely dirty: black hairs in the bed, smeared surfaces everywhere, stains and drips. 2. The apartment is clearly worn out and neglected. 3. Anything that isn’t broken is inconvenient. If you want to hang your outerwear, the wardrobe door gets stuck; if you want to look out the window, the blinds don’t work. To open the refrigerator, you first have to open the lower door, then pry open the upper one, and only then do you get access to the fridge. The mattress is so compressed that you can feel every spring, and the kitchen cabinet with dishes smelled bad. Overall, this is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. What’s especially ironic is that despite all this, they still ask for a €150 deposit. It is mentioned in the terms, but you really have to search for it , it’s not obvious at first glance. Because of the New Year holidays, we paid a price comparable to a high-end apartment , which makes the experience even more unpleasant.

“The worst nightmare”

−This is definitely one of the worst experience. Sticky floor, only cold water in the shower, breadcrumbs everywhere in the sofa, lack of pillows and blankets for 2 another people (we were 4), dirty fridge working like old truck during all night. Dirty and disgusting. Complicated process of getting access to the door. Hard to find free parking spot.

+Trafny wybór na bardzo krótki pobyt.
−Zamiast dbać o klienta, dba się o własny interes. Rozumiem że niektórzy nie dbają o interesy właściciela, ale nie wszyscy to cwaniaki. Na pewno nie zawsze radość pobytu w apartamencie nie idzie w parze z rzeczywistością. Przykład, 15 minut przed czasem zameldowania + 5€, świadczy tylko o podejściu do gości. A nie jest to magiczne i romantyczne miejsce. Komunistyczne blokowisko. !!!!

+Innerhalb der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden aber nicht begeistert.
−Das Gebäude indem die Wohnung sich befindet und die Umgebung außerhalb machte einen sehr heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Das Gebäude selbst ist ein Plattenbau geschätzt aus den 70er Jahren. Die gesamten außenanlagen und das Gebäude von außen sind ruinös und erinnern an einen lost place. Das trifft vor allem auf die unterste Etage zu im Erdgeschoss die früher einmal Geschäfte beherbergt haben könnte. Für jemanden der Urlaub macht wird davon in jedem Fall enttäuscht sein. Hier hätte ich mir gewünscht dass in dem Inserat für die Wohnung darauf hingewiesen wird wie die Situation vor Ort ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist schon ein wenig abgewohnt. So ist die Matratze durchgelegen und man liegt auf den Federn die man deutlich im Rücken spürt. Der Balkon ist vollkommen verschmutzt voll mit spinnenweben und abgestelltem Gerümpel. Die badezimmertür ließ sich nicht mehr schließen da der Rahmen unten aufgequollen ist. Alles in allem also ein unbefriedigender Aufenthalt. Auf keinen Fall würde ich irgendjemandem empfehlen diese Wohnung zu mieten.
