“Great potential, needs adjustments and cleaner beds.”

“Views to die for!”
+Big, spacious apartment with everything that you might need. Very rural with views to die for from the wrap around balcony. Great spot to watch sunset and sunrise over the mountains.
−It is next door to a barn so there are alot of flies around and farm smell. Not a big deal but just thought i'd mention it.

“Superb”
+Cosy, clean, large and fully equiped appartment. Possibility of fresh tasty eggs buying every Day. Friendly host ready to fullfil your demands. Even if host speaks only german we did not have any issue to talk (opportunity to refresh a few german words with arms and legs helping🙂). I could recommend to everybody Who are seeking anything else then standard hotel, in this case living a few days on farm. Briefly wunderbar we would say.
−Living on the farm is with all the "special" fragnance which can disturb especially in March but basically say it is not a major issue 😉

“Gorgeous view, peaceful spot”
+The two-bedroom apartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need on a holiday. The hosts were very friendly and the location is so peaceful. The view was gorgeous, we loved waking up to it. I imagine it’d be magic as a base for skiing too (we were too early).
−The cow manure smell is persistent, as you’d expect from a farm stay, but we did find it difficult on the first day (got used to it after that). Another reviewer mentioned keeping the bathroom door closed, we found that helped minimise the smell, and the owners have made every effort to offset with with pristine cleanliness and automatic scent sprays throughout.

“Spacious and comfortable up in the mountains, with a fantastic host!”
+We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit and were able to quickly settle in and relax. Felt like home! The unit had everything we needed to have meals (we took advantage of the farm-fresh eggs!). Erich was superb as host, showing us around on check-in and also coming back once when we had trouble with the TV remotes. Everything super clean. Innsbruck easily accessible by a short drive (using back roads avoids needing a highway vignette/toll).
−Addressing the "farm fragrance" that many have mentioned in their reviews, yes, it was there, but unsuprising as it's the countryside and there are farm animals around (literally underneath the house). Having read the reviews, we went in with eyes wide open (or perhaps nostrils, as it were). Also, it was relatively mild - hardly noticeable in the unit as long as we kept the bathroom door was kept closed (perhaps it enters through the vent for the shower). Also helped that we kept the external windows closed because of the chilly May weather. In any case, it didn't detract from our great stay.
