+Loved the huge living/ dining area and amazing views of the beach. Great for us- a family of 4 escaping the city for a few days
−Nothing! This wouldn't be suitable for those with physical access needs and might not work for all families with younger children- stairs to double bedroom are upstairs from the main section of the flat- separate from the twin bedroom.

“A comfortable sea-front break, within easy walking distance of town centre”
+Spacious, well equipped and comfortable accommodation with great views of the sea. When sun shines, best place for a coffee is on the balcony facing the beach.
−The coffee machine is a Nespresso Vertuo so may need to order capsules in advance as not available from local shops (however a variety of capsules are provided by the owner for guests).

“Great location but needs a good vacuum.”

−It needed a good vacuum - behind beds, carpets and also sofa beds couldn’t be used as they needed a good vacuum - it’s a real shame as this has been mentioned by another user in a review.

“Overall a great stay.. with a few etc touches could be perfect… I would stay again if requests could be supplied… thanks”
+Size ..plenty of room, in all rooms, every you needed in kitchen, view overlooking promenade and beach.. close to plenty of shops and bars …Burlington was a nice restaurant on corner.
−There were stairs to the apartment which was the main bedroom and two bathrooms one with shower, and seperate toilet. No toilet downstairs, so the twin beds downstairs had to go up the stairs. We were ok as just a couple.. however if kids staying, they’d need to go upstairs etc. also could do with a bench or sofa in main bedroom to put a case on.. had to be on floor.

“A fabulous location”
+The location and the spacious living room
−The toilet seat was broken on arrival and the internet did not work well throughout the flat It would have been nice to have an information folder telling us what was where in the flat and how to dispose of rubbish etc The staff were however very responsive replacing missing towels and repairing the toilet promptly. We had been pre warned at the last minute re scaffolding though hadn’t realised we would have painters on the actual balcony

“Lovely apartment with a beautiful view”
+Beautiful, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The view was lovely, overlooking the sea and the apartment was light and airy with tasteful decor. We would definitely stay again.
−Could maybe have a few more staples in the cupboard such as cooking oil but there was a plentiful amount of teabags,coffee and sugar.
