“It is a very nice place for the price, good for a short stay.”
+The pictures shows how the flat is, it is cozy and has a little bit of everything. It's 35 minutes waking to the old town but there are several bus stops nearby. Also several shops of food and restaurants near there.
−Sofas may be more comfortable, only one coffee spoon.

“Do not stay here. It needs heavy maintenance to bring it up to scratch for the money you pay.”
+The location was good with public transport stops nearby. It was in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a nice walking track nearby.
−The property is very poorly maintained in many ways. The main issue we encountered was the toilet began leaking from the back onto the bathroom floor and making a loud thudding noise in the pipes all night on our last night. The owners didn’t seem to care when we made them aware of the issue and upon asking for a discount for the last night given our inability to sleep due to the noise, we were refused. The whole place needs a refresh and under the bed there was rubbish and no vacuuming had been done. For the money we paid, it definitely was not worth it. We’ve gone on to stay in some much nicer places.

+The location is amazing. The kitchen is fairly recent renovated and well equipped. The beds comfortable. Clean towels and bedding provided. Heating very effective, we had to turn the thermostatic valves down.
−Constructive notes: the flat is a bit tired, the furniture and fixings showing signs of wear. No toiletries but shops locally. The shower unit is fitted very high, not easy for shorter people. The internal doors are frosted glass so when dark light shines in from hallway and lounge. Also a glass panel over the front door with outside light shining in throughout the night.

“Quiet place to live in a residential area but a bit far from tourist places.”
+The place is quiet and has a nearby mall, shops, and bus stop.
−The bathroom is small and the water pressure in the handshower was very low.

“A thermal nightmare.”
+Once settled most things were fine.
−The Heating and the hot water were completely turned offed upon arrival. Though the apartment was freezing the bedding was way to hot making it almost unbearable to sleep in.
