8.0+Upon arrival we were greeted by reception staff who were friendly, everything was explained really well by the staff member and we were given the map of the park and collected our keys. You have to park your car in the car park then the shuttle service which they provide drops you and your luggage's to your accommodation, its a great idea not to have any vehicles on the park grounds, children are extremely safe. The accommodation is nice and clean, minimal inside but also all essentials provided. All bathroom amenities were provided, all ensuites, bedrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The photos and descriptions did not do the place any justice, it was much better than expected. We hired bikes for the fun of it but also came handy to get to places inside the park as the pool was a bit of a walk and the reception/ car park was quite a walk from the accommodation.
−1. Our kettle was not working and for someone who drinks 4/5 cups of tea a day this was not a great start, I called reception and complained about it they said they cannot do anything about it? Was extremely strange I asked if they had a spare kettle they said no! 2. It gets extremely hot whilst we were there, they had a heatwave, they do not provide fans and the accommodation does not have AC which was really uncomfortable during the day and night, we asked if we could even hire out fans but they do not have such a thing. 3. They have buggies you can hire for your stay which is a must because between 8pm-8am there is no shuttle service so it was difficult for us to bring back any shopping from the car especially trays of water which we needed lots of because of the heat. It is very unclear and not stated anywhere that you can hire the buggies before arrival. Unfortunately we could not have access to a buggy they said there is none available for the duration of our stay. So makesure you book that buggy before arrival.

1.0“They rip you of your money”
+It was cancelled on us and we had paid €800 up front to Booking but now it seems we lost all our money.
−They can cancel it even after it had been confirmed by Booking and nobody can help me out.

+Overall, I loved the lake house it was spacious and the views stunning.. The kids had fun riding bikes and swimming in the pool. The pictures do not do this place justice. There are different types of houses. Some look like tree houses, and they were.beautiful. . The surroundings are secure and breathtaking. You can really unwind here and spend quality time with your family.
−I don't think there is enough information on the site when booking. So I will try to put as much so people know in advance. From the reception to where your lake house is can be a very long walk. And you can not drive your vehicle past the car park. I am pregnant, so to walk the distances I had to get anywhere became a huge problem for me at times. I just wish that information was somewhere on booking.com, so we knew in advance. You can rent a buggy type vehicle, but it is 50 euros for a day, and you have to wait for one to be available. The kids rented bikes one day at around 7, so they had a way to get around, and they only wanted it for 1 day, and they charged them for 2 days. Things you need to bring if you are travelling from outside of the country to the lake house- tea towels to dry any dishes you wash. There is a dishwasher, but they give you 1 tablet. Washing up liquid also. Blankets just in case you want something to wrap kids in on the sofa in the evening when it gets a little cold. Try to buy your food and bring it with you if you are cooking as you will have to walk quite a distance with the shopping if you buy it locally. Also, the lake house could have been a little

6.0“Nice accommodation, but some gaps in equipment and service”
+Overall, the accommodation was very nicely situated, and clean plus well maintained. So there were several plus points! We were a group of 4 adults / 2 kids and the lodge was really cosy and ideal for us, the layout of the whole complex was great with no cars around so the kids can run around and we can relax, etc. there were also several downsides which I wish we’d known about … 1. First the name “luxury mansion” is either a mistranslation or a gross over-exaggeration. It’s a very pleasant but relatively small CABIN/LODGE type building. I’d suggest this gets corrected in the advert text ;) 2. The kitchen is unbelievably poorly equipped. We were trying to prepare dinners for a family with one incredibly blunt knife, limited utensils and barely enough glassware/cutlery. 3. The set up provided also had several gaps. Eg no replacement bin bags, so the first time we took bins out then we had nothing … no washing up liquid or cleaning spray to keep the kitchen clean. Only one dishwasher tablet so we had to buy more (they were provided at the small shop, but this just struck me as stingy). Overall made it very difficult to keep things nice and clean - and we would expect these basics to

9.0“Great place, amazing pool.”
+Great place to connect to nature. Great pool. New facilities. Very quiet!!! Nice food at on sute restaurant.
−You can not get to your house by car (which is great in terms of clean area, nice cats etc). Electrical bus will bring you in which was nice. When checking out - you need to walk to the bus stop with all your bags (no luggage carrier) and wait (ni bus schedule). Luggage carrier could be a plus - people could just then walk to the carpark.
