+We stayed at Waterfall Lodge for a long weekend. The lodge and grounds were the perfect romantic getaway. The lodge was also well styled, comfortably furnished and generously stocked with complimentary snacks, drinks and alternative milks. Heated blankets, a gas fire inside and a outdoor firepit were provided for cold nights and were ready to use. The hosts generously offered a late check out. We would stay again next time we need a relaxing weekend.

“Paradise”
+This place is a hidden gem. The Lodge is secluded and absolutely beautiful. There is everything we needed to have a great stay. The hosts have literally thought of everything and the attention to detail is exceptional.

“The perfect escape”
+This was the most beautiful getaway. The hosts have thought of everything for you - from wireless speakers to marshmallows for the fire. There are even games there to play. There were even little treats left for our stay. If you are looking for somewhere to escape to then you cannot get better than here

“Breath taking location surrounded by nature. Peter and Susan thought of everything to make our stay stress free and comf”
+The lodge was absolutely beautiful and luxurious as well as being very clean. Being surrounded by nature was a bonus.
−Hospitality was top tier. The little details with snacks and a stocked fridge made our stay better than we expected. You can tell that Peter and Susan thought of everything to ensure all guests are comfortable.

“Exceeded our already very high expectations - an amazing relaxing stay that we will definitely have again!”
+My partner and I absolutely LOVED our three night stay here!! The complimentary roses and note were a very sweet surprise, the way the blankets, toiletries, and kitchenware were organised was really really lovely, and of course the place itself was just amazing! The area was very lovely and it was very relaxing hearing the quiet splashes of the waterfall while cosied in bed with the fireplace lit. The bathtub was ever larger than expected which made for a very relaxing bath - the provided bubble bath liquid and magnesium bath salts were also another pleasant surprise that we took full advantage of! The scents of the shower/bath gels, shampoo, and conditioner were also pleasant (grapefruit and coconut, I believe). We went to the recommended restaurant nearby, Potager, and it was a very quick drive, and the food and service was fantastic. The place provided a beautiful custom wooden binder that detailed the place’s history and places nearby for whatever needs we had - it was a really nice read. The bed and couch were very comfortable, the firepit down the hill near the waterfall was very lovely to roast our complimentary marshmallows on, and the place was overall very tidy and homey.
−The only concerns we may have is that the living room AC spat out some specks of dust (?) when on cold. Though, since we stayed in the winter, it didn’t really impact our stay much.

+This was our second stay at Waterfall Lodge, and again, we can’t fault it. Susan and Peter are the best hosts, everything you could possibly need (and the rest) is available at the property. We were even offered a late check-out as there was no one staying the night after us, they really go above and beyond.
