“Good value for money, wouldn’t stay too long!”
+Great location, very convenient to coffee shops and restaurants.
−Parking a bit tricky- overnight place right behind only let you have 4 hours in the morning. Corridor entrance v dark - could do with automatic lighting. Minimal soundproofing, could hear someone else’s extractor fan on all night and leaving their room at 3am! No tv. Small bathroom - sink splashes everywhere.

“generally ok .. a little rough around the edges but for the price was fine ..”
+It was fine and ok
−At about 3 in the morning it sounded like whoever was upstairs was moving the furniture around and doing DIY - it woke me up and disrupted my sleep

“Only there for 24 hours, reasonable for that amount of time but wouldn’t want to stay any longer”
+Location is excellent, quiet
−Being called to cancel a few hours before stay, only sorted by being polite and standing my ground. Numerous parcels being stored in entrance porch, stains down the walls

“It was OK but didn't feel entirely safe”
+It was clean and tidy
−There was no lock on the inside of the door, even as a man I felt a little unsafe. No TV? I don't mind a tiny sink in the bathroom, just don't put a shelf above it... impossible to brush my teeth. The light in the corridor didn't come on until I reached the door, which I couldn't see in the dark. I had to use my phone torch.

+Clean, modern rooms
−Entrance and corridors were dark and light sensors took quite a while to come on. The door on one of my rooms wouldn’t always lock, latch on door kept sticking. Quite noisy. Room wasn’t ready for check in- no duvet cover. Staff then had to enter room to put duvet cover on whilst I was out and all my belongings were out.

“Great place”
+Great location to the centre and convenient for why we were there. Very comfy bed. Staff were super lovely, quick to answer and really helpful with parking suggestions
−Unfortunately the property smelt very strongly of cigarettes

+Had everything I needed for a 1 night pit stop
−Not that I didn’t like - but a bath mat would have been nice.

“it was okay.”
+I was given access codes in good time for my stay
−few minor issues with room. No plug for kitchen sink. The small breakfast bar was loose and not attached securely. No hairdresser provided as per the spec on the website.
