“A great house”
+The house was great overall. The beds and rooms are very comfy and the 2 master bedrooms are very large. The living room is also comfy and its nice having games in there. It's a very quiet location. We used ubers to get around as parking in Oxford is tricky. The info from the hosts was very useful.

“Superb rental property”
+The property had everything we needed for a comfortable 3-generation stay. It’s spacious, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Walnut Tree View.

“Fabulous house with everything you need for a relaxing family get together.”
+This house is an absolute gem & perfect for a family get together. The exterior of the property belies a lovely spacious interior & the bedrooms in particular are superb. Downstairs, the kitchen diner area is also great for large group, and there are plenty of bathrooms / toilets. It is a well-equipped house and everything is good quality. Although it is a little outside of Oxford city centre it is on a direct bus route and in the immediate area there is a fabulous playground for little ones, and a lovely nature reserve right behind the house for walking. The owners are very responsive to messages and any queries.
−The lounge is a little small, and strangely shaped for a large group so we used the dining area more. A folder with instruction leaflets (oven), local information and maps would also have been useful.

“A great base for a group of people visiting the area.”
+The house is in a residential area and worked out great for our family visit to England . It was well equipped and spacious, the bedrooms were comfortable and we appreciated the number of bathrooms. Having some toys for my grandson to play with was very nice . The house has a lovely kitchen and big dining area , and the hosts were kind enough to leave us some milk and teabags for when we arrived . They were happy to help with all of my enquiries . We were using public transport, the bus stop into town is a five minute walk away, and there is a small grocery store nearby. We also made use of the nearby playground .

“The Walnut Tree House was perfect for our group of seven!! It was so roomy, comfortable and ideal!!”
+The location is a 7 minute walk from the bus stop--and the bus is a quick 20 minute ride into the heart of Oxford. Also a quick 7 minute walk to a grocery store, coffee shop or pub! It was a quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood!

“Large out of town house with easy access to Oxford”
+Very roomy. Lots of space for 5 people. Great kitchen with all available facilities and utensils. Couple of large new bedrooms which were very nice. Couple of small issues that the owner acted upon immediately
−As 5 ladies we needed more lighting over the dressing tables and more waste bins upstairs.
