“The best place in Budapest so far”
+Have been in Budapest multiple times but this apartment knocked out previous ones. Quite, warm, clean and big. Also has nice balcony and parking space. Almost in the city centre. Would love to stay there again.

+Sam obiekt miał dobrą lokalizację , apartament posiadał raczej wszystko czego potrzebowałam.
−Pierwszą i najbardziej irytującą kwestią był sposób przekazywania informacji dotyczących pobytu. Apartament zarezerwowałam przez Booking.com, jednak aby uzyskać wszystkie niezbędne informacje dotyczące zameldowania, dostępu do apartamentu, internetu itp., musiałam logować się na zupełnie innej stronie, na osobne konto klienta. Strona ciągle mnie wylogowywała, a za każdym razem, gdy chciałam ponownie uzyskać dostęp do informacji, musiałam wpisywać numer rezerwacji. Było to bardzo niewygodne i niepotrzebnie komplikowało cały proces. Drugą kwestią był dostęp do garażu. Bezpośrednio po dokonaniu rezerwacji poinformowałam, że potrzebuję miejsca parkingowego w garażu, które było bezpłatne w ramach rezerwacji. Mimo to, po otrzymaniu instrukcji zameldowania, musiałam ponownie kontaktować się z obsługą za pośrednictwem kolejnej strony, aby dowiedzieć się, jak wjechać do garażu. Co więcej, dwukrotnie zaznaczałam, że potrzebuję dostępu do parkingu, a mimo to nie otrzymałam żadnych konkretnych informacji, dopóki sama się o nie nie upomniałam. Na szczęście w międzyczasie udało mi się znaleźć wolne miejsce parkingowe przy apartamencie, dzięki czemu mogłam zostawić samochód i spokojnie czekać na

−1. Tesisin güvenlikçisi çok kabaydı. 2. İletişime geçecek kimse yok, 3. Oda kapı anahtarı şifreyi doğru girmeme rağmen mekanizma arızalı olduğundan açamadım, bakım için eleman istedim, tamam dediler , fakat gelmedi, daha sonra ben kutuyu zorlayarak açmak zorunda kaldım. bu nedenle Tesise 5 saat geç giriş yaptım 4. Tesis için ücretisiz park var dediler , hiç bir bilgilendirme olmadan tesiste 30 Euro deposit istediler, parayı yatırmak zorunda kaldım, arabamı uygun olmayan yerde 5 saat park ettim. Çok zor durumda kaldım, 5. Bu olaylar olurken Booking com’ mesaj attım sizlerden de yanıt alamadım 6. Özetle tatilime hiç konsantre olamadım, 2 günlük rezervasyonum vardı, 2.gün gece saat 02:00’da tesisten ayrılmak durulunda kaldım. 7. Bu tesisin puanı yüksek olduğu için çok pahalı olmasına rağmen rezervasyon yaptım. Bu tesise verilen puanlarda bir manipulasyon olduğunu düşünüyorum 8. Paramı tesise ve size de helal etmiyorum. Zehir zıkım olsun.

+Super fin beliggenhed til at se Budapest. Dejligt med altan ud til rolig inder gård. Og meget sikker parkering.
−Møg beskidt bruseforhæng med mug. Mobil aircondition som måske virker. Udlejer sendte ved en "fejl" link til betaling af parkering i kælder selvom det var inkluderet. I udlejers indtjeknngsapp kan man forledes til at tro man skal betale for rengøeing og turistskat.... det er tydeligt inkl. På booking . Com

−su mia specifica richiesta, la proprietà aveva confermato che c'era una reception: in realtà non esiste! Durante il soggiorno una sedia si è rotta mentre ero seduto, facendomi cadere a terra. Per fortuna non mi sono fatto male, ma dopo avere segnalato questo spiacevole e potenzialmente pericoloso incidente, nessuno si è fatto vivo e la sedia non è stata sostituita. Non solo: mi hanno anche fatto perdere tempo, richiedendo di inviare foto della sedia rotta. Un servizio di assistenza clienti totalmente insoddisfacente e da rivedere
