+The view and the location.
−Couldn’t open bathroom window, got really steamy. Only 1 fob for access. Chips under bedside table. Nuts under the coffee table. Kitchen bench unsealed, hard to clean. Toilet in bathroom kept running.

−That we had over $500 worth of fishing gear stolen from our verandah. The ensuite sink was very small and the shower kept leaking out on the fall every time we showered, a longer curtain would have been better to keep water in. Floor boards lifting up probably due to flooding.

+Location was fabulous overlooking Lake Wallis Spacious, well equipped, clean. Comfortable beds Great view from balcony. Watched dolphins swim past. Even had a tawny frog mouth Owl join us on the balcony one night

“Most successful and happiest Forster trip ever”
+I have been coming to Forster for ten years and ive stayed at hotels, motels, water front properties, rentals ect and this apartment tops them all off it was the best out of them all and did not want to leave. From the amenities provided to the cleanliness and the location it was truly paradise. The biggest gem was the cabinet draws full of dvds and board games this touch was perfect for my family to bond and spend quality time together. There is no wifi but I am with Optus and was able to hotspot all devices including the tv and reception was not an issue. The view off the balcony and that wooden bench is what sold me to book this unit and I couldn’t wait to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the serenity it was pure bliss all day long.
−There is nothing that I did not like.

“A lovely stay, very good value for money.”
+Location was great - easy walk to local shops. 2 bathrooms as well as washing machine and dryer is a massive plus for our family of 5! Lots of goodies available to use (e.g board games, books to read, sand toys, fishing rods). Bar table outside made for a lovely place to enjoy a drink or a crossword :)
−Only thing was my mother in law tripped up the step at the door as it was higher than expected.

+Loved that the apartment had washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, surfboard/boogie board/ fishing rods to borrow. The balcony offered a great view of Wallis Lake. Great walking distance to town. Air con and fans provided. DVD movie collection and loads of family games to play a bonus.
−Would be handy to offer a set of beach towels, they are so bulky to take on travels. . Spare batteries required for TV remote and Air con remote.
