+We had a wonderful stay! The house was fantastic, very comfortable, clean and perfectly located, close to everything we wanted to visit. We especially appreciated the Hochschwarzwald Card and KONUS Card, which made it possible for us to enjoy many activities and explore the area very easily. It was a great added value for our holiday. Thank you very much to the hosts for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back! The location was simply perfect for exploring the Black Forest, with the lake, hiking trails, attractions and everything else nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family holiday.

“Super Aufenthalt in Schluchsee”
+Die ganze Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bei Fragen half fr bechtel sofort,der Kontakt lief gut über booking. Man ist gut gelegen und doch ist es super ruhig. Am riesenbühlturm ist man schnell zu fuss.. im ort ist man auch fußläufig in 9 min. Am see selbst 1 min länger. Die wohnung ist Mitglied bei der hochschwarzwald card was enorme Vorteile hat weil viele Erlebnisse rundum kostenlos sind ,wie die feldbergbahn oder die Hängebrücke in todtnau. Also wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

+Puedes bajar al lago dando un paseo sin mover el coche. Hay una plaza concreta para el vehículo aunque no hubo más vecinos durante nuestra estancia. Alojamiento muy amplio y cómodo.

“A lovely and comfortable apartment, with a host who should retire”
+The apartment is located in a great area. It is bright, quiet, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking. We especially appreciated the smart layout, the warm blankets, the comfortable beds, the dining area, the kitchen, and the living room. The children’s room was also well equipped. Although the apartment is older, it retained heat very well, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment.
−Everything related to the host was unacceptable. Let’s start with the most basic issue: communication. She does not speak even a little English and did not make even the slightest effort to communicate. During a phone call, there were strange silences, and we had to remind her that Google Translate exists so she could communicate with us through messages we could understand. Messages sent through Booking.com were answered only after many hours, and she eventually stopped answering the phone. In addition, the safe does not work. There is an instruction sheet, but no code actually works. The Wi-Fi password is 30 characters long, as if they really do not want guests to manage to connect. For a six-night stay, we were given only two plastic garbage bags, while being expected to separate waste into three different bins every day. As for toilet paper, she left only one roll. The same with the washing machine tabs - we got only one. We asked for more; she didn't want to supply. We stay in different apartments around the world three times a year, and we have never encountered this level of stinginess. The apartment was also dirty and full of animal hair. +Fr.Bechtel war jederzeit erreichbar, hat auf Fragen innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet.Die Wohnung war top sauber,mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wurde . Ausflugsziele zum wandern,spazieren gehen oder chillen,alles vor Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
