“Beautiful villa with stunning lake views, spacious and clean, with an uphill climb that was a bonus for us on our cyclin”
+We had a wonderful stay! The villa is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Lake Como. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for more. One thing to keep in mind is that the villa is situated up a hill, so it may not be ideal for those who prefer to avoid uphill walks. For us, however, it was perfect! We were on a cycling trip, so the extra climb back to the villa after our rides was a bonus and a great way to finish the day. We would happily recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

“Modern self- catering apartment with view and roadside parking”
+Great views from the property over the hills surrounding Como. Property itself was clean and well furbished with a modern power shower and kitchenette. Situated in a quiet suburb on the outskirts of Como; however the town and attractions are only a 10 minute drive away
−Beware the steps to reach the property are quite steep. Property is tucked away on a side street on a hill so not so easy to find, especially at night. Rubbish disposal also wasn't too clear as the outside bins were further down by the entrance.

+The host is very kind and helpful!!! We did an early check in, he explained everything to us and also send us information about the city. The appartament is new, spacious and very clean. It covered all our needs as a family of 5. The view from the yard is beautiful!! I totally recommend it!!!

+Spacious and quiet. Easy to access and great communication with the host.
−It was "ok" equipped, but it was missing some basic amenities like a microwave, or a sponge to wash dishes (although soap and a dishwasher were available). It was generally clean (bed, towels etc. were perfect), but there were multiple spots that were not properly cleaned, e.g. under the table there was a lot of dust, on some corners there were some old spider webs and we had to clean them as we got a baby crawling around the house. As the area is in nature and had a lot of mosquitoes and insects, it would have been great to have some nets on the windows to be able to breathe some fresh air and not rely on the AC. Also there were some marks on the walls from mosquitoes or other insects that had fallen in battle :-).

“Perfetta! Thanks for a fabulous time”
+We stayed at Armen and couldn’t have been happier with the place! So easy to get into Como (except be careful of the restrictions on some of the streets as Apple Maps sends you down roads you aren’t allowed to drive down) and also we went to Bellano and enjoyed the old town, gorge and shops. Great host as well, always helpful and on WhatsApp whenever you need anything - thank you!! The only thing I wish I’d checked was how much of the garden we could enjoy as the photos showed a set of bars for chin ups and exercises but actually we spent all our time driving around the lake we didn’t have time to spend in the garden!

“Uitstekend!”
+De plaats waar het zich begaf , een enorm mooi uitzicht op het barradilo kasteel in de bergen! Paolo & Zeuss (🐶) maakte maakte het voor ons af , zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die naar Como wil!

+הדירה מפנקת. גדולה ומרווחת . המיטות מצויינות פאולו בעל הבית דאג לכל מחסורנו. הצוות אדיב ונחמד.. יש תנור מיזוג אך לא מיקרוגל
−הדירה ממוקמת על ההר. נסיעה בכבישים צרים עם עליות וירידות תלולות. כולל עליה מאוד תלולה למקום וחניה בשיפוע חד. ואז מדרגות רבות עד לדירה. יש כמה דירות.. ייתכן שלחלקם יש פחות מדרגות. ואם יש מזוודות טרולי זה אפילו אפשרי. אנחנו הגענו עם הרבה מזוודות בסוף הטיול ווזה היה קשה !!!!
