+Un super séjour à Dubrovnik! Situé dans un endroit calme et avec un emplacement pour notre voiture, nous avions un accès facile aux bus pour nous rendre dans la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. Ivan a été un super hôte avec de nombreux conseils pour faciliter nos visites. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

“Cudownie spędzony czas!!”
+Wspaniałe mieszkanko wyposażone doskonale, dosłownie we wszystko, czystko przestronnie , piękny widok, mały tarasik, parking a właściciel, który nas przywitał Pan Iwan to przemiły człowiek i bardzo pomocny. Opowiedział nam o wszystkich atrakcjach w pobliżu, knajpach gdzie można dobrze zjeść oraz jak poruszać się do centrum Dubrownika. Dosłownie parę kroków od apartamentu dwa przystanki autobusowe, z których co kilkanaście minut odjeżdżają autobusy do starego miasta. Polecam na zwiedzanie Dubrovnik Pass- kosztuje 50 EUR na 3 dni w tym właśnie darmowy autobus oraz wstępy do wielu atrakcji.

+Wyposażenie super , bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem - szybko odpisuje na wiadomości . Nie było problemu z wcześniejszym przyjazdem do obiektu . Na terenie obiektu były dodatkowe ręczniki , podstawa kuchenna w postaci kawy i herbat oraz niektóre środki higieniczne . Czekała na nas również mała przekąska od gospodarza .
−Lokalizacja jest trochę oddalona od plaż i centrum ale często odchodzą autobusy .

+J'ai vraiment aimé l'accueil de notre hote Yvan qui a était d'une gentillesse incroyable, merci pour ses conseils et ses informations pour que notre séjour se déroule à merveille, vraiment rien à redire, je recommande chaudement cette appartement pour un séjour Dubrovnik réussi.
−Juste l'évacuation des poubelles était plus loin de l'appartement c'était le seul petit inconvénient.

+Iván der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er erwartete uns zum Check In und gab und eine halbe Stunde lang Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants, Busverbindungen, Ticketmöglichkeiten und mehr. Auf Rückfragen während des Aufenthalts reagierte er sofort. Er hatte mehrere Informationsdokumente vorbereitet um unseren Aufenthalt bestmöglich planen zu können. Die Küche war mit Gewürzen und "Notfallprodukten" sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass wir nur frische Produkte besorgen mussten. Auch im Bad waren Deo, Duschgel, Shampoo und andere Notwendigkeiten vorhanden. Da die Parksituation vor dem Haus Abends eher schwierig ist, hat Ivan einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung gemietet. Auch half er uns unser Gepäck ins Haus zu tragen. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Bucht.
−Abends ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus zu bekommen, aber tagsüber ist es kein Problem und die Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Der Bus in die Stadt ist ca. 500 Meter entfernt und der Bus fährt etwa eine halbe Stunde. Etwa auf halber Strecke stiegen Mengen von Kreuzfahrttouristen ein, sodass der Bus gepackt voll war. Dafür ist er günstig und man hat keine Parkgebühren in der Stadt.
