“Worst room condition and services. Just book elsewhere if possible.”
+Nothing to like about this.
−Worst experience ever. No curtains in the windows, bad smell, no response even after complaining. The washroom is off no good and unusable.

“Good”
+The location is great, It's really close to the train station, there is a metro station and bus stops nearby. It's perfect for a one week trip to visit the city. The sofa/bed seems small at first, but it can be expanded into a norma sized bed. Overall, it was a really nice stay. The place is clean.
−Not that I didn't like anything specifically, but maybe it would be great to add a couple more kitchen ustensils in order to have 2 of each, else the kitchen has a stove and ventilating system to it, as well as an electric kettle.

“Okay”
+New furniture and bed was good and comfortable. It was very warm inside, good heating.
−It wasn’t very clean, we found some stains on the sheets. We didn’t like the location, it doesn’t seem like a very safe area. Building entrance looks very dark and scary. Bathroom very small and not very practical.

“Would not stay here again”
+The apartment was so small the towel rail and heater worked well to keep the space warm
−Hot water runs cold after 1 small shower Small bathroom and apartment Had to mop up bathroom floor on our arrival and after showering One knife only to eat with but two of everything else in the utensils drawer We cleaned the plates as they still had stickers on the inside. Worst sleep ever on a metal trundle couch 1 small towel, hand towel, pillow and 1 duvet set out for two people? Contacted owner who advised there is additional bedding and towels in a wardrobe on the next level up. When we found the wardrobe, the pillow slips and small towels were damp and smelly. We picked out the best and dried them. Terrible Not suitable for a couple in our opinion. Did not complain to owners as we couldn’t see them fixing our problems in 4 days. Only hope things get better for future Guests.
