+The apartment’s location was excellent, right in the center on Vitosha Street. It was within walking distance of most of the city’s main landmarks, museums, restaurants, and shops, making it very easy to explore the city on foot. We hardly needed any transportation, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner also thoughtfully provided some essentials such as shampoo, body wash, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. This was especially helpful for a short stay, as we didn’t have to buy basic kitchen items just to use them for a couple of days. It was a small gesture that made a big difference.
−There are a few things that could be improved. First, the studio is located on the fifth floor, and there is no elevator. I think this should be clearly mentioned in the listing, as it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or health conditions. It would also be helpful if the apartment included a microwave and a few more basic cooking utensils, as these would make short stays much more convenient. Finally, we noticed a few small cockroaches in the apartment at night, which was quite disturbing. It would be a good idea for the property to be treated for pests to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

“The location was perfect, but the apartment itself is old and dirty.”
+The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
−It was not clean, there was mold in the carpet and the bathroom, the water leaks outside of the shower and the smell is not pleasant. The appliances were outdated and the entrance to the apartment was hard to get into. It’s also on the 5th floor with no elevator.

“Pesimo”
−Lo que se anuncia como un estudio en un àtico, yo lo llamaria un zulo dentro de un trastero. És un 5 piso sin ascensor Estància sin apenas ventilacion, la única ventana accesible esta en el lavabo desde donde entra de todo menos aire limpio. Estància sucia; con rincones llenos de polvo acumulado, papeles, ropa olvidada, envoltorios de preservativo, escrementos de roedores....horrible. Lo peor fue las cucarachas que se paseaban por la cama y demas bichos que habitaban la estancia. No sé lo recomiendo a nadie.

“Bien”
+Lo bien que estaba la habitación, la luz que entraba, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. La ubicación no podía estar mejor
−Está en un sexto piso sin ascensor, la zona antes de la entrada a la habitación es como un desván abandonado que daba un poco de miedo, y la habitación olía a humedad.

“Scena dell' horror”

−per accedere devi prima passare per la soffitta della palazzo dove ci sono mobili pieni di polvere tutto buio insieme a cianfrusaglie, scartoffie ecc ra tipo un tugurio, scena horror. Poi entri in questa STANZA 2 metri x 2 metri un bagno inesistente. In piu nell annuncio non c e specificato che manca ascensore infatti sono 5 piani a piedi. Non lo consiglio

“Génial!”
+Les instructions complète, la localisation, le prix, on a pu faire tout à pieds facilement :) il y’a même un restaurant halal dans la même rue (ce qui est très rare en Bulgarie)
−L’appartement situé dans un grenier qui fait un peu peur la nuit et certaines portes qui bloquait souvent pour ouvrir, heureusement que j’étais avec mon compagnon car si j’étais seul, je n’aurais pas toujours su ouvrir les portes avec ma force😅 mais c’est un petit point faible comparé à tout le positif!

+Le studio en lui-même est superbe pour quelqu’un qui voyage seul et qui a besoin que de l’essentiel
−Il y avait deux cafards, un dans la salle de bain et sur le mur proche de l’échelle dont je me suis débarrassée. Et il y avait un plat déjà fissuré.
