“Beautiful house, great views!”
+The house was really nice, well stocked with things like hand soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. We normally have to buy alot of those things at other apartments. So that was very generous. There was a small arrival gift. The sea view from the main bedroom is beautiful. Beds are comfy, linen & towels were nice & clean. Not too perfumed. And the showers are great.
−The hob for cooking was faulty( which I reported on the WhatsApp chat we'd previously used) only 1 small ring out 3 was working, we thought we had it working so told the management it was a false alarm, however they didn't respond at all...until a day before we left on another review that was sent & I was told I should've contacted them again & they would've fixed it! It would've been nice to have some form of response before from them. We always self catering every other night...it made cooking for 3 a bit difficult. The oven wasn't particularly clean either. We used the sun roof bbq. Overall I think the fittings & some of the bedrooms furniture & the sun terrace furniture were tired had seen better days. 1 of the bench seats were actually broken. As was a downstairs window fastening...Which could've made the house unsecured. When things are broken & you're not made aware it worries us that we would be blamed for damage. It can cast a shadow over the holiday. We are respectful guests...& are always careful & do exactly as the hosts requested. “Front row seats to the sea!”
+Perfect location! Absolutely breathtaking views. Great bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. House was very clean and cosy. Will definitely be back!

+C'était un rêve éveillé ! Nous sommes rentrés il y a plus d'un mois et l'endroit nous manque... La maison est un cocon spacieux et très beau, planté devant l'Océan. Super agréable contraste avec l'intensité des éléments à l'extérieur. Quelques petits soucis d'équipements (la cuisinière a lâché, soudainement la pression de l'eau chaude a chuté dans la maison, puis l'eau de la terrasse a fui à l'étage du bas) mais l'hôte est super réactif, merci, et c'est arrivé vers la fin de notre séjour. On m'a dit que des rénovations sont prévues.
−Pour quelqu'un comme moi qui aime aussi cuisiner, et pour un séjour de 2 semaines et demi, j'aurais apprécié disposer d'un peu plus de vaisselle, de linges de cuisine et d'ustensiles en bois plutôt qu'en plastic. Une lampe de chevet serait la bienvenue dans la chambre avec la tapisserie murale. Au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons manqué d'intimité, au mois d'août beaucoup de personnes passent devant la maison. Des rideaux légers pourraient être agréables. Je me permets ces commentaires avec l'intention sincère pour l'hôte d'éventuellement améliorer encore sa maison magnifique. Ce serait une joie d'y revenir.

+Posizione stupenda, non si può domandare di meglio ad El Cotillo. Lo stile della casa è molto bello. La terrazza ed il barbecue sono un valore aggiunto. Nel complesso siamo stati bene e consigliamo l'appartamento.
−Utensileria della cucina insufficiente per 6 persone (sono presenti solo una padella piccola, una pentola ed una piccola insalatiera e la caffetteria era da tre e non da induzione). Non c'era ne una tovaglia, ne tovagliette e nessun canovaccio da cucina. Solo 4 calici da vino e nessuna tazzina da caffè. Assenza in tutte le camere di abat jour.

“Vue imprenable!”
+L'emplacement exceptionnel!! Une maison confortable, une terrasse permettant de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil et le petit plus: le barbecue!!! Une très bonne communication avec l'agence.
−Personnellement, la cuisine mériterait d'être un peu mieux équipée niveau ustensiles et vaisselle, il y a le strict minimum. La présence d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un four reste un plus...
