“The villa and owner that wrecked our entire holiday 😡”

−Extremely disappointed with this villa and the owner. Travelling with a severely disabled child and carers we booked this place as it was described as having “4 bedrooms”. On arrival we quickly noticed there were only 2 bedrooms, and the property could not accommodate us. (Layout of the villa is merely 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen 🙈). The owner had shoved a single bed in the passage and a double sofa bed in the kitchen and tried to pass that off as extra bedrooms 🥴 there was no living area or other spaces which meant the kitchen was also the living area AND a makeshift bedroom squeezed into one. There was only one dining area which was outside, the villa suffered from a severe fly infestation so eating outside would have also been impossible. After speaking with the owner and explaining there had been some sort of a mistake, the owner asked us to leave straight away so we could get a refund and move to a different villa that could accommodate us with 4 bedrooms. Since then however, the owner has tried to dispute the refund, despite only spending 30 minutes at his villa, it being advertised wrongly, and him putting it in writing that “we must leave the Villa immediately t

“If we had not had Covid and felt so I’ll I’m sure our stay would have been lovely.”
+My wife and I contracted Covid on our second day in Fuerteventura. We were not well at all for the two weeks we were in Fuerteventura. As you can imagine it completely ruined our holiday. This of course was nothing at all to do with our host who was very kind to us.
−There really was nothing to dislike.

+Die Lage war super und es war herrlich ruhig. Der Vermieter Nito, ist sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Seine Unterkunft ist topp ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!

“Einfach zu schön :) Eine Woche auf Fuerteventura reicht nicht aus! Wenn du diese Unterkunft buchst”
+Wir sind am Flughafen angekommen. Wir haben bei Cicar ein Auto gemietet - ohne Kaution, 5 Sterne! Die Autos können direkt am Flughafen abgeholt werden! Die Fahrt zur Unterkunft dauerte nur 36 Minuten. Wir sind etwas zu früh an der Unterkunft angekommen - leider ist unser Flug so angekommen. An der Unterkunft hat man trotzdem auf uns gewartet! Während der Reinigungsdienst nach dem Vormieter aufräumte, haben wir bequem im örtlichen Superdinó-Laden eingekauft. Als die Reinigung fertig war, schrieben sie uns, dass wir losfahren können. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz, aber es passt nur ein Auto hinein. Das Auto kann gewaschen werden, dafür gibt es einen Schlauch am Parkplatz vor dem Tor passen bequem 5 Autos hin es gibt keine Nachbarn, vor denen man sich fürchten müsste niemand kann über den Zaun hinwegsehen wir haben die Unterkunft übernommen schöne große Küche! Ich würde allerdings einen großen runden Tisch mit 6 Stühlen in die Mitte stellen Gut ausgestattet, was fehlt, kann man im örtlichen chinesischen Laden für ein paar Cent besorgen Ständig warmes Wasser! 5 Sterne! Das erste Schlafzimmer hat 2 Betten das zweite 1 Bett das dritte 1 Doppelbett mit eigenem Bad, das vom Zimmer aus zu
