“Great location in Split”
+Loved the space and location. Could walk to old town, lots of restaurants and bars. Great shopping nearby. Living space is huge!
−Coffee pot leaked they need a new one. Construction makes it hard to find, however owner gave AMAZING instructions. Kitchen needs more basic items, coffee cups, spatula, Tupperware or some sort of food saving items. Washer/dryer difficult to use....clear instructions would be better.

+Great location. Quiet, clean and all the amenities were there. (Need a cutting board though!)
−Parking is a challenge, light from the back parking lot made it difficult to sleep.

−Nil for us. But master bedroom bathroom may be difficult for somebody with mobility problems as steps down to shower.

+This place is super roomy, perfect for a family vacation. It's also incredibly handy, being so close to everything in the center. Plus, you can't beat the location right across from the water. Seriously, the convenience and space are big wins here. Definitely a great spot for a getaway.

−Curtains in the bedroom don’t block out the light and the building works behind the apartment had very bright flood lights shining into the window

“Great location and comfortable stay!”
+The location situated between the old town and the park was perfect. Everything was within walking distance while still being just out of the way of the main hustle and bustle. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store a stone throw away, which was great for us as we had breakfast at the apartment every morning. The apartment itself also was very clean and comfortable and plenty spacious for two couples. We enjoyed winding down in the evening with a movie in the main room. It was the perfect home base for the duration of our stay!
−The lights for the parking lot on the back side of the building are bright but luckily the curtains do a decent job. But would recommend bringing an eye mask just in case!

“Great views, spotless, wonderful!”
+The property had a beautiful outlook towards the harbour, situated a short walk from everything. The apartment was spotless, finishes were modern, functional and clean. We particularly appreciated the washer dryer facility. The air-conditioning was perfect, providing a cool and comfortable place to rest after a day of activities, and the bed was so comfortable! Highly recommend this place. Thank you!
−There were some construction works next door which of course can’t be helped, but it didn’t impact our stay.

“A super comfortable apartment located in a wonderful location to rest during your stay exploring the beautiful and histo”
+This is the perfect location for me in Split. A short walk to the busy Riva and old town, and another Short walk the other way to go for a swim or try out some different restaurants. A beautiful view of the Harbour and the promenade to see what new yachts are coming and going. Although I didn’t need it on this trip the spacious two bedroom, three bathroom unit is very luxurious with the master en suite shower being a treat to use!
−Once the nearby construction is completed it should be perfect.
