“Aside from the bed and the kitchen equipment we had to buy ourselves, it was good for the price.”
+The location is amazing, with many public transport options nearby. The heating is great and the view was nice.
−It was ill equipped. The kitchen didn’t have dish detergent, sponges or paper towels and there was no pan (but the owner got it for us after one day). The bed kept falling out and there were weird stains in the bathroom.

“If you’re a light sleeper, not recommended.”
+Location close to the Südkreutz station. Few restaurants around the area
−The bathroom light is has a sensor, too sensitive and kept turning on during the night. Also the air extraction is automatic and makes a lot of noise, so, besides the light turning on without even going inside the bathroom, the ventilator was running for many minutes and very loud. Couldn’t sleep well both nights.

“Good location, comforts need attention.”
+Good location
−No lift, hard to manage with suitcases, lights and fan in bathroom would randomly turn on in the night, issue raised with hosts, who said they could do nothing. Mattress was too thin for bed frame, hitting the wood when I say on the bed. No curtains and blind not reachable in kitchen area so not able to block light at night.

−Nothing I didn't like..

“Good but could be Great.”
+It was spacious and clean.
−We didn't like that the bathroom light keeps coming on and off 24 hrs a day and the fan in the bathroom did the same. It would have been lovely to have a fan in the room also. Pillows not so comfortable and would have loved to have another.
