+We booked this apartment in Madrid for five nights with friends.Nice location, close to the metro and bus stop. Bar next to the room, and a supermarket right next to the metro.
−From the very beginning of our stay, we reported a serious problem with the toilet leaking , not the sink, but the actual toilet. Every time we flushed it, water flooded the floor. By the third day, we had to wear our shoes just to use the bathroom because there was so much water, and even the towels we put down to absorb it were not enough. On top of that, the smell was absolutely disgusting!!! The bathroom was practically unbearable.... We reported the issue from the start, but received no response or solution. I eventually contacted Booking.com. The host only messaged us on Monday ( i guess because we reported it), the day before our departure, saying that he thought we had solved the issue by using towels or paper towels! They wanted to come and check that day,but we were outside of the apartment. They could have arranged a meeting in advance and not last minute. Unfortunately, we didnt have internet as well. Maybe it was a technical issue,but we tried many times to connect with no success. The apartment is in a very cozy neighborhood, but unfortunately we had this issue which Really ruined our stay. Hope they fix the problem for the next guest.

“5 night stay”
+A good price for a 2 bedroom apartment relatively close to the city centre. A good sized apartment and nice and modern. Subway and bus stops just outside.
−Roadworks just outside are loud and inconvenient. Parking nearby is difficult amd 2 hours max in a lot of places. Beds were not the comfiest.

“Well-situated, cosy, and comfortable”
+The apartment is very well-situated. The metro station "Alto de Extremadura" and a couple of supermarkets are within a distance of 50 meters (BM is open until 22:00 every day, which is great). The apartment is cozy, well-decorated, and well-equipped. It was very convenient to have a kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing equipment. There were dishwashing tablets, washing powder, a couple of tea bags and coffee capsules available. All these small details make you comfortable and feel like you are at home. The bathroom was very nice, well-decorated, no problem at all with hot water. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and towels were provided like in a hotel. Beds and pillows were really comfortable, I slept very well. I never met the host Alberto in person, but he was rather responsive to the emails. For example I needed an invoice and upon receiving my message he immediately issued one for me. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would definitely rebook the apartment next time I'm in Madrid.
−When you arrive, it's better to ignore the wifi password written with a chalk at the entrance wall (I tried a couple of times but couldn't get it right since some characters were erased). Instead, go straight to the kitchen to find the magnet on the fridge to have the full password. The wifi router itself is under the night lamp in the corner of the living room, so you can also read the password directly on the device. The host did a really good job with the sound isolation of the windows (double-layered, so you don't hear much from outside), but the sound isolation of the building is a bit weak. You can hear the neighbors from time to time, but it's not a big deal.

+Location The apt is spacious and modern
−The apt was not ready and cleaned after the previous guests. We had to wait till after midnite to have it cleaned.. The owners came and said the cleaner did not do it... No one word of apology... I understand these problems may happen, but apology would have been appreciated.

“Really enjoyed staying here would definitely come back again and would recommend to others”
+We loved the Decoration. It being on the ground floor and all shops,Supermarkets and the metro a close walk to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and the beds and living room space was very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, we did bring our own kettle as we are tea drinkers

+Чиста білизна, комфортна нова ванна кімната , облаштована кухня. Поруч метро і зупинка, центр в 20 хвилинах на автобусі. Дозволили нам виїхати на годину пізніше , доброзичливі люди, які здавали житло.
−Найголовніша проблема для нас була , те що квартира знаходиться на першому поверсі , прям на великій дорозі. Я першу ніч взагалі спати не могла, потім купила беруші. Від шуму не можливо відкрити вікна. Проблема з паркінгом , але хозяєва допомогли розібратись , знайшли метрів в 300-500 від помешкання безкоштовний. Біля квартири лише треба було платити кожні дві години, не можна заплатити наперед , дуже дивний паркінг громадський.

+Tout était bien : Appartement lumineux, bien équipé, spacieux et sans vis à vis. Proche des moyens de transport public Metro et Bus, des épiceries et supérettes. Accès fluide et contact réactif. On recommande.
