“If you want a cheap nice Villa near the beach and centre this is perfect just no mod cons”
+The location of this property is a clear winner - close to beach, shops and centre. The size of the property for just myself and husband was great. The pool was ok as a cooling off pool not swimming. Easy and cheap to hire a car and drive around and park at the property.
−Could have been cleaner, finger marks around switches etc, flies in the lightshades, dirty windows, dust. Kitchen had no sink plug and no washing up bowl. Villa next door was hired for one night and had a huge party on the Saturday night (8 cars parked and we could not get our car outside our villa) not villas fault but annoying as no noise policy should be stipulated. Some building work is going on with new villas close-by so some noise was heard now and again - see bedroom pic to show new villas being built

+We like the location and that it was a house
−We didn't like that they didn't provide dish washing soap and sponge,no salt oil ,1 roll of toilet in each toilet that's it,we didn't have towels they provide later,the washing machine broke they fix it but 2 days we couldn't wash,we book vila Maria they give us other we ask to upgrade they said they couldn't but all days we just saw empty the villa with pool nobody inside,no guests and for sure they didn't wanted!It was ok but for this money next time I prefer hotels apartments at least you have every day clean house sometimes breakfast and everyday they provide toilet paper not to walk first day to find all the necessary and essential,

+Fab location, great little pool to chill in between trips to the beach and nights out.
−The property is quite basic and could do with a little updating. Also the building work next door was a little annoying, but this is not the fault of the villa, and hopefully will all be complete soon.

+The outside of the house was nice and cozy also the surrounding was amazing. It is good that the beach is walking distance.
−There was no bathtub even though it was confirmed twice in messages and it is there between the photos. There was no child swing outside even though it was pictured. There was no pool outside even though it’s there pictured. The cleanliness was quite bad, mould in the toilet and bathroom, ants all over the garden and no mosquito nets on the windows. The AC units are old, glass in the living room area table oversized hence dangerous for children, non stick pans in the kitchen were all scratched so harmful.

+As described close to beach, but set back and quite yet with plenty of amenities close by, Marie who came to check us in formally, was exceptional and extremely helpful and pleasant. The villa was spacious with plenty of places to sit outdoors in sun and shade. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa it's self was very clean and tidy. We would definitely reccomend.
−Great having a washing machine, but unfortunately not being able to speak or read Greek was unable to understand the programmes, perhaps an explanation in English of what each programme was would have helped.Because it was a bit of hit and miss.
