+Property was very clean and quiet.. plus location was excellent to the train station! Host was very accommodating and quick to make things right.

“Perfect for a few days in the city.”
+Easy to find, good location for Lund and great communication with the host. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great value for what you get.
−The only downside of the property is the cooking facilities could of been a little bit better. Not expecting a tonne, but things like some fry spray and some more cutlery, and coffee filters/basic coffee or tea could of been a massive help. When you are only staying for a few days buying this sort of thing is always a pain. Understandable at the price paid that they were not included, but it would be better.

+De ligging; vlakbij het station en centrum. Ook dichtbij supermarkten.
−De zeer basic inrichting evenals servies, glazen en keukengerei. Met weinig geld zou je dit gemakkelijk kunnen upgraden. Tevens hangt de spiegel in de badkamer veel te hoog voor iemand van 1.60 m. Gordijnen in de slaapkamer kan je niet makkelijk openen en sluiten. Daarnaast zijn de instructies vooral gebaseerd op hetgeen wat niet mag (gevoel van wantrouwen). Dat geeft geen welkom gevoel. Dit zijn we in de afgelopen jaren dat we diverse huizen/appartementen huren niet gewend.

“Vriendelijk maar onnodig karig”

−Eén rol toiletpapier. Dat is genoeg, maar waarom zo karig? Per persoon één niet te grote handdoek. Geen badmat, geen klein handdoekje naast de wastafel. De douche werd een oceaan: we kregen het overvette doucheputje niet schoon. De 'bank' in de kamer was een bed, waarop je met rugklachten niet fatsoenlijk kunt zitten. Het bestek een kinderbestek.

“Jättefin och fräsch lägenhet”
+Jättetrevlig och fräsch lägenhet högst upp med utsikt mot trädgården. Nära till stan och tågstationen. Bra och lätt att få kontakt med värdinnan.
−Jag hade problem att få igång TVn men det löste sig efter videosamtal med värdinnan. Bra om det fanns nån instruktion vid TVn.

“Würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Appartment buchen, wenn wir Lund besuchen.”
+Die Lage des Appartment war super. Sehr zentral gelegen. Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Für uns drei Personen hat das Appartment völlig ausgereicht. Waren aber auch nur zum schlafen und frühstücken dort - sonst immer unterwegs. Der Blick vom Schlafzimmer in den Garten war sehr schön.
−Es gibt nur öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus, für die bezahlt werden muss. Zudem muss das Auto auch nach dem Ablauf der Zeit umgeparkt werden.

+Very efficient communication with the host. Easy to find and very quiet - especially towards the back into the garden. Very clean and spacious.
−A small nightstand & light in the small bedroom would be useful. Also the bathroom mirror is too high and the large mirror in the hallway is in the darkest place.
