+Location was great, interior space was good
−There is no air conditioning in the house, and this doesn't work well for summer weather. The owner charges an extra 20EUR per person for bed sheets. These should have been much more clearly stated, upfront, in the property description.

“Looking forward to our next visit”
+The view from the porch is amazing. The personal touches by Iris made us feel so welcome. We especially liked the enclosed yard and how child friendly the outdoor area is. The property is also well suited for a baby. This is a quiet spot with lots to do in the direct area as well. Communication with the host was very easy.
−The kitchen is a bit small.

“It‘s a very lovely and beautiful place to enjoy.”
+Villa Waulsort is a beautiful place to relax and hike in nature. The house was so cozy and clean and Iris did her very best to please us with so many nice suprises. The view from the terrace and garden at the mountains and the river was amazing and in the surrounding you can find so many nice places (woods, lakes, parks). We and our dog really enjoyed the time and it was a perfect trip!

+Het huisje is leuk, maar wel een beetje achterstallig onderhouden. De ligging is goed en de inrichting is ook prima.
−Internet had net zo goed niet aanwezig kunnen zijn, want het is echt heel slecht. De uitgang naar het bos is eigenlijk alleen op papier; door al die struiken en begroeiing kom je er niet doorheen. De badkamer heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. De houder van de douchekop moet gerepareerd worden en de afvoer mag ook wel eens goed worden ontstopt. De slaapkamers zijn erg klein en de foto's geven een veel ruimere indruk dan de werkelijkheid. Alles bij elkaar vind ik de prijs te hoog. Er zit zeker potentie in, maar het huisje heeft inmiddels echt een opknapbeurt nodig. De spinnenwebben en waarschijnlijk schimmel op het plafond boven de douche zijn voor mij echt een red flag.

“Super!”
+locatie was top. Huisje was helemaal in orde en voldeed zeker aan de verwachtingen. Alles proper en goed verzorgd. Ontzettend genoten van het goede weer op het mooie terras. Bij aankomst ook een leuke attentie van de host. Voor alle vragen konden we nog bij haar terecht. Al bij al een fantastisch weekend gehad daar.

+Liebevoll gestaltetes, sehr ansprechendes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, um die Region und Dinant zu erkunden. Unheimlich herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin, ausserdem bei allen Fragen gut zu erreichen. Wir waren als Gruppe von sechs Freunden dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
