“Perfect villa for us”
+Wonderful villa, we loved our stay. Ivo, the owner is very generous, delivered us a lovely breakfast and brought us gifts for our return journey. The villa is set up above Budvar, the road at first seems challenging but you get used to it. Good location for exploring the coast, Sadar lake and Kotor area. The pool is wonderful and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

“Great week in a lovely villa. Fantastic hosts”
+Villa was beautiful everything was tidy and easy to use. Lots of kitchenware allowing us to cook what we liked with no issues. Host was very responsive and brought round some food and drinks for us on multiple occasions. Would highly recommend
−Villa was quite far out from Budva but no surprises as this is as they describe. A car would have been useful but we used a local taxi company who took us to budva for €25 and they even helped return a phone we lost.

+The villa was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The outdoor area was beautiful, with stunning sea views, a lovely pool, and comfortable seating areas to relax in. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful, providing drinks on arrival, bringing us a private breakfast one morning, and leaving small gifts during our stay. We would also highly recommend Istok, a fantastic restaurant just a two-minute drive away.
−Only a couple of minor points to mention. During a particularly bad storm, some water came in through the front door, although this was due to the unusual weather and something the owners may have been unaware of. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils, such as a chopping board, extra cutlery, and oven trays, but this wasn’t a significant issue. There were also some nearby dogs that could occasionally be heard at night, but this didn’t greatly affect our sleep. Overall, these were very minor points and we had a fantastic stay. The villa and the owners’ hospitality were excellent.
