“Too expensive to have this bad experience.”
+Terrible, like a horror story
−DIrty, noisy, terrible stay experience ever. Not for families even doesnt meet standard expectations in terms of hygene. Utikities very poor, no fire alarm, zero hygene, bugs on the bed.

“Extremely misleading photos and dishonest listing!”
−While I ended up booking a studio room, the listing mixes photos of full one-bedroom apartments with studio units, making it completely misleading. To make matters worse, the pictures showing a nice outdoor fountain and garden actually belong to a nearby cafe, NOT the property itself! On top of the deceptive photos, the room was not even ready upon arrival. When confronted about the false representation, the host only offered a 50% refund for a room I couldn't properly use. Extremely untruthful advertising. Avoid this place!

+I stayed with two small children and it was a very practical and safe apartment for them. It was clean, spacious, absolutely divine terrace view and post importantly - very quiet! Even though in the middle of Split old city. It was perfect.

“Flawless Experience - Highly Recommend!”
+We booked this place for a short stay in Split with my wife, and from the moment we confirmed, everything was seamless. We received a warm and informative welcome email with all the details about check-in, parking options, and even offers for additional services. The host, who also runs a boutique tour agency, arranged an incredible luxury day trip for us to Krka National Park,an unforgettable experience! The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the ground floor restaurant,it serves amazing breakfasts that you absolutely must try. We also went back for dinner, and it was equally outstanding. We genuinely loved our stay, and there’s no doubt we’ll be coming back here on our next trip to Split!
−I didn't like the fact that I didn't have more time and couldn't stay there few more days :)

“Decent studio apartment, walkable to old town and harbour”
+This is a reasonably priced studio apartment within walking distance of the old town and harbour. It’s small. And the bed situation is that there is a queen-sized bunk bed. The building is currently (as of Aug 2024) being renovated and it’s not possible to go into the garden, as that is part of the renovation. All in all, we thought this was an ok place and the hosts are nice.

“Great if you are looking for a Budget stay with good location.”
+Good location Good value for money if you are looking for a budget stay. Restaurant below is very lovely and good access to Split centre. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly.
−Entrance and access was a little confusing at first. The room is basic but it has all the essentials that you will need.
