+Great large villa. Once you are inside with doors shut you cannot hear the fast road. Very very close to the beach which is great if you have young children. Swimming pool was fabulous. Katarina was fully attentive, but there were quite a lot of things missing in the kitchen.
−There was only one tea towel when there should’ve been at least six. There was no spatula. There was no bread knife. There were no mixing bowls. There were no food covers against flies. there were no Wine glasses. There were no wooden spoons for cooking. There was no wooden salad bowl. We decided to buy all of these for the house and left them there at our expense. This means that the checkout Inventory is not meticulous because the Cleaning staff should notice that there were no Wine glasses, no towels, et cetera. No bread knife was particularly annoying. Having said all of this these minor issues but given the money we were paying for the Villa, these should not have been issues at all and we would certainly come back here.

+The size of the property is unmatched we had 10 adults staying in the house but had so much room. I loved the addition of the 2 kitchens and the outdoor cooking space. The bedrooms were also massive with plenty of living space, we also made good use of the cinema room! Brilliant location we cabbed everywhere but the beach was close and the shops!
−The shared full bathrooms could really do with some updating. Unfortunately they don’t match the decor and style of the whole house which is fairly modern and in good condition. The jet bath didn’t drain it took 2 days, the drains had an awful egg/sewer smell throughout the house which we had to mask with cleaning products to get by, because of this the gym was completely unusable as the smell was putrid in there. We were also told there would be a mid week house clean to change sheets and towels and unfortunately there wasn’t, again we had to go and buy products to clean our own towels and buy a load more toilet roll. This definitely put a downer on the stay as it felt gross! The dishwasher also stopped working which is completely a first world problem but it flooded once or twice so we had to turn it off, for 10 people we used a lot of dishes so would’ve been helpful. We found 2 cockroaches on the lower floor in peoples rooms, the speaker for the projector unfortunately didn’t work so we had to use our own, we had to change over the batteries in the remotes as they were all rusted so the TVS in some of the bedrooms didn’t work for 2 nights.

−Extremely unprofessional, owe me a refund and they being unresponsive!! There is also construction around the villa which made access for our vendors extremely difficult which led them to being late and it was such an inconvenience!!

+• The location was excellent,close to the beach, supermarket, and pharmacy, yet pleasantly secluded. • The availability of a lift was a valuable convenience, particularly for transporting luggage. • Having televisions in all bedrooms was an added bonus. • The host was excellent,responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. • The villa was beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds.
−• A mid-week cleaning service would have enhanced the stay. • The water pressure in the shower, while adequate, could be improved. • The hot water did not reach the desired temperature. (personal preference) • Providing more than one set of towels per guest would have been appreciated. • A parasol by the pool would have been a great addition for shade.

“Perfect Getaway With Friends”
+The location was perfect with the view of the sea, and out of the way of main Athens city. The Villa was a lovely size, beautiful garden and pool and everyone had a nice time.
−Only slight issues is the cars driving by during the night when trying to sleep as some people like to speed past with loud engines.

+This villa- wow!! What an incredible place to stay. It’s beautiful, extremely spacious (we were a group of 9 friends staying here and had plenty of space), very well equipped, lovely and clean, and the pool is just incredible! A brilliant sized pool. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling in a big group. The host Alexandra was beyond fantastic! Incredibly friendly and helpful host. And very quick to respond to any queries. All around, absolutely amazing place to stay and highly recommended!
