“Beautiful, isolated Villa with amazing pool and attentive host”
+The villa is well appointed and spacious. The pool is big and the outside area beautifully designed. We loved the layout and the set up internally. Elena was really lovely, met us at the property and was kind enough to arrange some freebies for us to enjoy on arrival.
−We loved our stay at Villa Templin, and we did not raise these comments with the management, but... The AC seemed to be functioning normally but stuggles to keep the villa cool during especially hot days. The front room was uncomfortably hot during our stay. The two rear rooms were fine overnight. There was heavy contruction with earth movers and pneumatic drilling happening 50 metres away from the property on several days that was audible and disturbing. We were not notified of this in advance which was frustrating No matter how clean you keep the kitchen the ants are there every day (but the Villa is in the hills, so its to be expected) Its a big place for the cleaner to attend once a week for one hour The villa is extremely isolated, even going for a morning coffee is a 30 minute round trip

“Perfection.”
+Beautiful well appointed villa with exceptional views. Elena was so helpful during our stay. The villa is modern, stunning and suited our needs perfectly as a group of 6 adults. Amazing location but you will need a car.

“Dream villa with sweeping sea views”
+This is a fantastic villa, with sweeping views of the sea and Ithaca. It is stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean. Large sliding windows provide fantastic light and views throughout the villa. Modern heating/cooling units mean that the villa is suitable year round. The location, 10 minutes’ drive from Sami, could not be better for exploring the island. Communications with Elena before and during our stay were timely and helpful.

“What an amazing villa!”
+We’re a family of 5, celebrating my 50th birthday in Kefalonia Stayed 4 nights in the villa, host greeted us in the villa on arrival It was very easy to find we were very happy with it Pool & the view was absolutely stunning, bed was comfortable There were also some welcome packs, ie water milk bread butter jam etc prepared by the host which is also making us feel very well looked after & valued Villa is about 10 mins drive from Sami where you can find your local supermarket & restaurants Around 50-60 mins from the airport Rental car will be recommended We had an amazing time! Will definitely recommend and hopefully to visit again :)
