“Very good”
+the location is excellent, close to everything. the surrounding of the villa is awsome the garden is nice.many options to seating out.While the bedrooms are quite small the common area is huge.Also there is a lot of restrooms avaliable. Suitable place if you travel with small kids.
−the place was not clean, especially the kitchen in general. I wanted to use the chair pillows for the terrace seating, but those were disgousting, full of animal hair and other dirt. Towels are not in price what is written in the description, but I have not noticed (although after the call the owner let us use their private towels).The outside facilities are cool, but the wooden terrace on the top of the property was also really messed up...I think the stairs are quite dangerous since the wood is rotten.Maybe the reason of the shape was that we booked out of season.

+Insgesamt ein schönes Haus und eine schöneAnlage. Leider im Außenbereich etwas pflegebedürftig. Der Grill z.b. war so verschmutzt das wir ihn nicht benutzen konnten. Der Preis war allerdings in Ordnung so dass wir darüber hinwegsehen konnten.
−Sauberkeit im Außenbereich und diverse Mängel in den Badezimmern.

+Ogólnie miejsce z dużym potencjałem, ale strasznie zaniedbane.
−Grzyb i odchodząca farba w pokojach. Wszechobecny brud - w pokojach, kuchni, salonie, wszędzie. Taras kompletnie nie używalny - grill wyglądał na brudny od tygodni, siedziska zalane, brudne, urywające się okiennice, zdewastowane schody na górny taras, zagrzybiałe jacuzzi, plac zabaw dla dzieci jest zdewastowany nie używalny. Odpadający dach z sauny. Wszędzie śmierdziało stęchlizną. Rowery zardzewiałe. Toaleta brudna. Kuchnia była wyposażona w jedną brudną patelnie, jeden garnek, brudne kubki i sztućce, czajnik nie działał. Pajęczyny na kinkietach czy dziury w ścianach. Odstające listwy przypodłogowe.

+11-en voltunk 4 gyerekkel, sosem volt olyan olyan, hogy unatkoztunk volna. Minden kényelem megtalálható itt, tágas, nagy, van klíma mindenhol, a jégadagolós hűtő pedig önmagában megérdemel egy csillagot⭐ Nagyon tetszett, jól éreztük magunkat, a medence is szuper volt!
−Nem volt nagy probléma, de a medence takarót nem tudtuk teljesen hatrahuzni (bar ez lehet a mi bénasagunk volt)

+Tökéletes volt egy 10 fős társaságnak. A közös terekben is jól el lehet férni. A konyha jól felszerelt.

+Nagyszerű a ház elrendezése, a medence és szauna fekvése. Esztétikus a ház belső dizájnja.
