“Cosy villa in Protaras”
+Cosy villa with good location, quiet and nice place to stay in Protaras. Bus stop nearby. It’s good to have a car to visit area.

+Location Outdoor space is a good size with a new canopy fitted for shade. Enough outdoor furniture for 6 people. Pool cleaned twice a week. Reasonably well equipped - washer, dishwasher microwave, and cooker. However, the extractor fan doesn't work, and the fridge has multiple broken shelf fitting, which villa2let are aware of. I'm assuming they have informed the owner.
−The interior of Villa Summer is looking tired. Kitchen units are starting to degrade. Only 5 dishwasher tablets for 14 days. No tea towels No housekeeping, bed linen, or towel change in the 14 days we stayed there. I had to buy washing powder to wash sheets and towels. We have stayed here previously as the location is perfect for us. However, despite previous constructive feedback, the basic concerns remain the same. The membrane on the pool needs to be updated. It is stained with multiple use. Perhaps the advice to shower prior to using the pool is not adhered to?

−This villa would be outstanding if a few basic details were corrected. I added this feedback last visit, and I am sad to see that no action has been taken. There is no plug for the kitchen sink to allow us to wash up (as only 2 of us, we didn't always need the dishwasher) No tea towel Not enough place mats or coasters Bed sheet and mattress protector too small for the size of the bed (double bedroom) Extractor fan ducting is not connected, this ischarges into a cupboard, so it is not able to function. A few scatter cushions would be beneficial.

“Nice Villa with only Minor Issues.”
+Clean tidy, nice large outside area, well equipped and great AC - which we needed!
−Really hard getting in and out of the pool, bathroom mirror upstairs is missing and no shelf to put on toiletries. Only one bedside table in the main bedroom. All easy to fix.

−Your photos show towels on sun loungers, cushions, and throws on the sofas. However, this didn't reflect the actual villa. There was no tea towel in the kitchen, with 2 of us we didn't need to use the dishwasher

+The location is very good and quiet firstly,secondly the place was very clean and the pool was fantastic. The staff is amazing too

“Amazing 👌”
+Amazing location, really quiet peaceful area, close to big metro supermarket (5 min drive) 5 min drive to Protarus, 2 mins away from beach and 15 min drive to nissi beach(agia Napa), villa had everything in it you need for cooking, cleaning etc, fridge is super cold which is great, air con throughout brilliant! Even Netflix in the living room (nice touch)

+Good sized villa. clear directions. Good location.
−Lacking in some basic kitchen items for a stay (e.g tea towels). Had to ask for a net to clean the pool as it was full of leaves and rubbish when we arrived. Would of been nice to have basic cooking items (e.g oil, salt, pepper)

“Agréable mais à améliorer”

−-Le verre cassé en arrivant -Le vis à vis omniprésent (toutes les pièces de la maison donne sur les voisins) il faut fermer les volets pour avoir de l'intimité, plusieurs voisins ont vu sur la piscine. -Sortir les poubelles malgré le prix qu'on paie sinon on nous facturent. -Se retrouver nez à nez avec le pisiciniste qui ne sonne même pas et qui rentre comme si de rien n'était. -Il n'y a pas de volets et les stores ne sont pas assez occultant réveillent tous les jours à 06 h du matin. -La clef est condamné pour avoir l'électricité. -Renouveller les poêles qui sont bien abîmés sur leurs fonds.
