“Beautiful 'arty' apartment”
+The apartment was beautifully decorated and spacious and the owner had thought of everything..washing machine, dryer, extra blankets/pillows/fully equipped kitchen. There was also a lovely large balcony. It was a great location- the apartment was 10-15 walk to the waterfront.

+I stayed here for one week at the end of May/beginning of June. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the Palace and about 15 minutes on foot from Bačvice Beach. The apartment is very spacious. Technically, it's a one-bedroom flat, but it has two king-size beds,one in the bedroom and another in a 'separate area' in the living room. The indoor space is around 70 m², and it also has a huge terrace of about the same size, where we spent most of our time relaxing. We had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the self check-in process was simple and convenient. The apartment would benefit from a light renovation, but even as it is, it has a memorable, authentic Croatian charm that made our stay special. Many thanks to the host,we had a wonderful stay and would happily return! Not to mention that the host kindly agreed to an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. superb!

“Well equipped, great service and full of character”
+Almost everything, has all you need and more. Hospitality was next level. Feels like a home rather than a simple accommodation.
−The school nearby. Not much can do about it but can be very noisy due to young children.

+The terrace was amazing! We were two people staying and we really enjoyed the location and the apartment. Easy to get to with taxi/uber and just a minute walk from the old town. The host was very present and available.

+Perfect location, decor was lovely, apartment was spacious and a fantastic balcony.
−It wasn’t an issued for us however anyone with mobility restrictions may struggle with the stairs as the apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift.

“A very enjoyable stay and would definetly recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Split.”
+The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need with well stocked kitchen utensils, good kitchen appliances, small laundry room, AC and a very large roof veranda which was nice to relax in the early evening before going out to eat, having breakfast or simply sunbathing after a bit of sightseeing because there were also sun loungers available. The location a few minutes walk from everything including Split Old Town, Harbor and Bus Station. It was also very quiet at night which was surprising considering its location.
−Couldn't find much wrong with this apartment our stay was like a home from home. If there was one thing I could find a small fault with, the mattresses could have been a little bit more comfortable but they weren't a real problem.
