“A perfect stay with an amazing host - we would definitely come back!”
+e host was absolutely fantastic - very kind, welcoming and helpful. He picked us up from the airport and also drove us back when we were leaving, which we really appreciated. He was very flexible and allowed us to stay longer on our last day. The apartment was modern, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was perfect and we felt very welcome during our stay

+We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Kotor Bay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, and having access to a private beach made the experience even more special. It was a perfect choice for our family, especially with the kids. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, while we enjoyed relaxing by the water and taking in the stunning surroundings. The free kayak and paddle boards were a wonderful bonus and gave us a great opportunity to explore the bay from the water. A special mention must go to our host, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. He genuinely went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a host, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and the combination of the private beach, pool, and water activities made it feel like a little paradise. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a memorable stay in Kotor Bay!

“Perfect stay with a great host”
+Luka was a fantastic host , very helpful, friendly and always quick to respond. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but he solved it immediately and made sure everything was sorted out. A big extra point for the accommodation is the private, usable pier, which makes the place even more special. Having a SUP, kayak and a small pool available was also a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the place to others!
−It can be a little difficult to find the building at first, but Luka was very helpful and easy to reach.

+Very nice pool area over looking the lake and also paddle board and kayaks provided to use for free. Very clean and also parking available directly under property.

“Montenegro Villa Regulus”
+The villa and the village was great. Private access to sea, free paddles and kayak, sun beds and small swimming pool. Our host Luka was amazing. I had an injury and wasn't able to drive. He makes all the effort and shows that Montenegran hospitality is one of the best in Europe. 10* Me and my family had a great time and we hope that we will be able to visit again.
−It is remote place and the best option is to hire a car 🚗.

“Logement idéal pour la région de Kotor”
+Le paradis, ne cherchez plus vous êtes au bon endroit ! Le logement (avec terrasse) est vraiment beau et bien aménagé. Le plus c’est l’accès à la plage privée avec possibilité d’utiliser les équipements. Nous étions 3 adultes nous sommes restés 5 nuits.

+Appartement situé en front de mer . Il faut juste traverser une route pour avoir accès à une magnifique terrasse avec piscine peu profonde idéale pour les enfants en bas âge,. Ponton avec un accès direct à la mer. Kayak et paddle mis gratuitement à disposition, c'est vraiment top 👌 l le propriétaire est adorable, il répond à toutes vos questions et fait en sorte que votre séjour se passe au mieux.

“Parfait”
+La localisation proche de la mer avec la piscine et le ponton privé sont vraiment un gros plus à cette location. Le logement est très agréable. Nous avons également été très bien accueilli.
