+Great place for a family. Both house and the yard around it offer perfect conditions for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty and tranquility of the island. Yiannis is a super great host - really responsive and person who cares. Highly recommend villa Potamia!

“Un loc unde vom reveni cu placere”
+Asezata intr-o zona foarte linistita, inconjurata de vita de vie si maslini, cu o curte generoasa. Casa dotata cu aproape tot ce ai nevoie. Un loc intim pe care-l recomand cu placere

“Wonderful”
+The villa's location is magnificent. While it may look small from the outside, it's surprisingly spacious, with a regular-sized bathroom, a large living area, and standard bedrooms. The front terrace is a particularly nice and cozy spot. We absolutely loved our stay.

“great vfm house near the port and sea, lots of privacy and your own olive grove and vineyard”
+Great 2 bedroom house in the middle of a vineyard and olive grove, very close to the port and the sea. Lots of privacy, newly renovated, very quiet, helpful owners.
−It's good to know that there are no fans or air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which can be unpleasant during the hot summer months. We would appreciate more comfortable mattresses and a bug/mosquito screen on the bathroom window.

“Wonderful property and convenient location, surrounded by a peaceful vineyard away from main road!”
+Convenient location in a vineyard, very peaceful. House is of great standards, well equipped and very clean, with large spaces and very good layout for the 2 double bedrooms.
−Not a problem of the property owner, but the mobile reception (all 3 providers) is very bad, just like in many areas around the island. It has its positives (unplug for the holidays!) but keep it in mind if you need it for work or you rely on internet for certain things. The owner provides a mobile hotspot but it suffers from similar problem occasionally.

+It is an excellent property, located in a very peaceful place, perfect for an enjoyable holiday. The house is clean, new or refurbished, all you need is there. The hosts are great, very helpful, ready to solve all requests
−Very very small issues: the variety of the cutlery and the limit on the wifi. This was seen just because one of the days was soaked in rain and we had to stay in and use internet .
