+Super location and super friendly and supportive host. Quite well equipped interior and comfortable beds.
−It was not super super clean, and bathrooms could use a bit of lifting. But overall the experience is really positive.

+The property is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate seven people. We were a family of five visiting Paris, and we absolutely loved the place. The location is excellent, with easy access to Paris’s main attractions. The neighborhood is safe, and everything else was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

“Can’t be repeated”
+Nothing
−This was one of the most disappointing apartments my family has stayed in. The apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and the layout was very poor. Most of the windows were damaged, and the narrow, steep staircase made carrying luggage extremely difficult. There was no convenient place for a taxi or car to stop. The cooling system was outdated and ineffective. Instead of proper air conditioning, there was a portable water-cooled unit that could not keep the apartment cool. Sleeping was very uncomfortable due to the excessive heat. The bathrooms were extremely small, and the kitchen lacked essential cooking utensils. There was also no ventilation system to remove cooking smells. Cleanliness was unacceptable. We found insects, some bedding appeared unhygienic and caused skin irritation for members of my family, there were worms in the kitchen dishes, the cups were dirty, and the dishwasher was in a disgusting condition. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment is massively overpriced for its condition. The quality was nowhere near what was advertised, and it simply does not justify the amount charged. I would not recommend it.

+Dobre místo u vitezneho oblouku. V noci klid. Lepší pro 2 osoby, 4 se vyspi ale prostor je malý.
−Žádný výhled z okna.

“Correcte”
+Està ben ubicat i és espaiós. Ideal per famílies. El barri té supermercats, panaderia i restaurants aprop.
