+Excellent Villa and wonderful hosts! We had great stay with our children. 5 minutes walk from the beach. House has all of the facilities, and more! Washing machine and dishwasher are very useful and great plus! Garden and patio are delightful! Total recommendations from us.

+Amazing host, really welcoming and nice. The house was great, clean and well maintained with really nice garden where the kids can run and play. The terrace and the barbecue are great for morning coffee and nice meal. Beach is a bit far, but if you don't feel like walking or bring a lot of stuff there are a lot of parking spaces right infront of the beach, so it is possible to go by car. The stay was great and absolutelly recomend.

+We are extremely satisfied with our stay. Exceptional hosts, great location (short walk from the beach, far from main roads), all the facilities that you need, quiet, comfortable and cozy. The added bonus is that you can see sea and mount Athos from the patio, open kitchen with grill and great backyard with some planted veggies that you are free to use, as well as olive trees...

“Lovely quiet villa five minutes from the beach”
+Our stay at Villa Panagia was great. The villa was lovely with a very well maintained yard, its own vegetable garden, barbecue corner, parking area and palm, plane and olive trees. The house was very nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine, oven and a dishwasher. It is also situated in a quiet area while at the same time just 5 minutes away from a wide and sandy beach with amazing turquoise and clean water. The owners were also very nice, responsive and welcoming. We will happily return there again.
−The only thing that would be also great to have is a coffee machine, but the lack of it didn't at all impacted our stay at the villa.

“Great place next to a beautiful beach”
+Recently build, well located house with a nice garden and BBQ area perfect for families with children. It has all you need. Most importantly an AC, a washing machine and outside kitchen for those lazy summer evenings. The host and her brother are very nice.
−Intenter connection was very poor.

“A wonderful stay, would love to visit again.”
+This is a great house with all the amenities you might need. We did barbecue with no issues at all. The host was great and always willing to help with whatever we needed. You will need a car to reach your destination and visit nearby beaches.
−Internet connection. It's not their fault, it's an issue in the region in general. I've spoken to the host to add Starlink internet. If they do, there will be 0 issues.
