“Amazing and relaxing family time. 10/10”
+The house was perfect. The food from local restraunts was amazing. Weather, beach etc were all fab. The welcome pack and the home baked cake was a very nice touch.
−If we had to nitpick it would have been better if the pool was heated but once we were in for 30 seconds it was lovely

+Comfortably villa Nice owner came to visit twice and brought homemade cake baked by his wife, then fresh grapes from his garden Lovely neighbours
−It was bit out of the way by foot so had to get taxi more than usual Water boiler ran through the night so can keep you awake got used to it though

“Great location in penera , lovely clean comfortable villa”
+We have stayed in surrounding villas many times , but this villa was lovely , the sun loungers were soo comfortable , plenty seating area outside , the 3 bedrooms were plenty big enough with lots of storage , and there was a lovely touch the actual owner popped around with the most beautiful home made cake the day after we arrived , would definitely book again and 100% recommend

+We have just returned from no 27 Villa Palms. We wish we could have extended our stay, we’ve had a perfect family holiday. The Villa is in a great location. Quiet but close by to restaurants and shops. The Villa is immaculate and exactly like the photos. Well equipped, comfy beds, the pool is a fantastic size and was cleaned twice during the week. Dimitri visited us the day after we arrived and bought us a home made cake. He also popped in with some fresh fruit from his garden later in the week, and was on hand to help as we had some questions regarding the bbq. It really felt like home from home ❤️

“Fantastic the best.”
+Everything, it was 5 star ⭐️. The best Villa we have ever stayed in. It was spotless. The pool was huge. I cannot fault the Villa in any way or form. The owner popped off with a beautiful fresh cake his wife made, it was delicious. Also he brought some home grown apples and we had a chat and he was a really nice gentleman. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Also my exclusive villas was fantastic and very helpful to and was a pleasure to book with, 5 stars ✨ to them to. Thank you.

+The outside area was really lovely, lots of places to sit and the sun beds were super comfy Drive way for two cars (which doesn’t usually happen) Pool was great The owner of the property came round with melon and to say hi, he was great! WiFi was great TV set up was good Great kitchen facilities

“Superb villa in an excellent location”
+Great location, easily walkable to 5 beaches, shops & restaurants. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfortable sunbeds & lovely pool Owner visited with gifts of cake and watermelon 😊 Warm welcome from Demetrina & team from My Exclusive Villas who were on hand via WhatsApp for any issues. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
−Better pillows and 2 per person rather than 1 but this is a really minor issue and would not deter from giving 10 stars for the villa
