“Would recommend 5*”
+Location nice & quiet (car needed) Pool was amazing enjoyed by all & a great BBQ to use Manuel & Silvia where amazing with clear directions to property and adjusting check in/out times to accommodate us 5* would highly recommend this property wish we had stayed longer

“the host and communication were all good and we enjoyed the villa and pool and would def come again”
+the villa was quiet and just enough for us as a couple , we loved the pool and private parking and the air con was good overall we had a lovely stay

“Exceptional”
+Manuel and Silvia were excellent hosts, with Silvia meeting us at the property and doing the check in with us. They were always super responsive to anything we needed. There was everything you would need for a good stay: a washing machine for clothes in the garage, dishwasher, excellent air conditioning in all the rooms, very comfy beds and a TV with a fire stick. There were even orange and lemon trees! The garage was very useful for the car and the location was well connected and within short distance to nerja, torrox, and other places in the general area. It was so peaceful and quiet but you felt safe and close to things like a hospital or supermarket.
−If I had to say one thing I didn't like it would be the lack of large glasses for drinks, I would have loved some pint glasses as the glasses they had were quite small.

+Die Lage und das Vorhandensein einer großen Garage
−Ameisen in der Küche, Fliegenbefall im Bad,Mosaikfliesen im Pool waren teilweise lose und lagen im Pool herum,Liegen am Pool verdreckt, Umlagen nicht gut gepflegt. Das größte Ärgernis war,das bei Regen das Licht im Haus ausfiel. Trotz Zusage des Vermieters sich darum zu kümmern geschah während des 3 Wöchigen Aufenthalt nichts. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

“aangenaam verblijf in een rustige omgeving en toch relatief dicht bij alles”
+Het huis is netjes, de auto kan in de garage, het zwembad is ok, goede matrassen, zeer goed werkende airco in woonkamer en slaapkamers ( onafhankelijk van elkaar te bedienen), rustige omgeving, goed servies en bestek, goed werkende grote frigo, goed werkende vaatwasmachine en wasmachine, goed prijs-kwaliteitverhouding
−De keuken en de ene badkamer zijn aan renovatie toe, het ene tweepersoonsbed is klein, de badkamerdeur en voordeur vallen in het slot dus je kan opgesloten geraken, weinig potten en pannen, weinig opbergruimte voor kledij, de ligbedden en stoelen aan het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe, ze wiebelen.

+Everything was as it should be and as shown in the pictures. The only annoyance was the mosquitoes at night but no one in the countryside can do anything about that, it's included in the price 😄
