“Grate location but poorly maintained. Not a good value for the price.”
+The location is great, close to town and steps away from the main road. The area is very calm. The sheets and towels were clean.
−The house was not cleaned properly. The oven, fridges and coffee maker were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves to use them. One of the bathrooms smelled very strongly of sewage. There are also sooooo many bugs. Lots and lots of mosquitoes, flies, and even small cockroaches. And mo screens on any of the window or doors. The pool motor pump did not run the whole time we were there, a guy come in once and dumped a bunch of chemicals in but the water was not getting filtered. Some of the furniture was also falling appart and one of my kids almost got injured by a rusted nail. The AC in the large bedroom was not working either. Also the wifi does not work 90% of the time.

“Superb”
+Lovely rental. Very clean and comfortable. Arbi, who greeted us and was very helpful and accommodating. The location was beautiful and close enough by car to the larach area if you want to simply different moroccan dishes and fancy a little night life. Love the unexpected guess who visits every night... Lovely local cat who kept the kids entertained. The property has a large chicken, turkey, and duck coop and the end of the garden. Loads of little spots to chill and relax. The air conditioning was very, very handy, and the area as a whole felt very family orientated and felt very safe. Locals were helpful and polite.
−I didn't like the fact I only booked two nights 😉

“Au calme, piscine et terrasses réussies”
+Séjour très agréable dans une maison au calme, parfaite pour se reposer. La maison est bien équipée et confortable, même si certains détails restent perfectibles. La piscine et les coins terrasses sont particulièrement bien agencés, idéaux pour profiter des extérieurs. Merci également à Ahmed et Larbi pour leur grande disponibilité et leur réactivité tout au long du séjour.

−Voor deze prijs verwachten we (veel) meer: geen warm water in de keuken en in 2 (zeer kleine badkamers) en het zwembad naar de kleine kant.

+Séjour très agréable !! Repos en pleine nature avec un super extérieur, la piscine hyper propre !! Possibilité d etre nombreux au vu de la superfiecie, et possibilité d’être à 2 familles avec chacun son intimité. Gardien au petit soin, toujours dispo et en plus de super msemen et harcha pour le ptit dej’ et/ou le goûter !! Petites épiceries à proximité (3 min à pied) et belles plage à 5 min en voiture! Vraiment bien situé pour aller au centre ville de Larache, proche de l’entrée d’autoroute …

“Belle expérience , à refaire biensur”
+Très propre, bien équipé et bel emplacement . Otmane est Professionel , disponible et accueillant. La présence de larbi était indispensable , très serviable et très proactif. On a profité de ses très bon tajine et petit dej beldi pendant le séjour et franchement il est irréprochable et très sympathique et une bonne personne . Je recommande absolument cette villa apaisante et reposante .
