+We visited May 2024, we enjoyed the apartment size as it was large and had different areas to relax. We loved the personal room hot tub and the deck view was nice. There was construction going on when we were there, didn't bother us much but may be a decision factor for others. It is within walking distance to Old Town Split which was nice but area is just okay. The shower was also not draining properly which was a problem but was fixed. Our top priorities were private hot tub and deck which both were amazing so we would stay again.

“Great location to the beach and old town”
+The location of the apartment was wonderful! It was only 1 block from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Old Town Split. I stayed in the Standard Apartment and it was a good size for a 2 bedroom apartment. The communication for checking in was fantastic! The only downside was that the sofa, beds, blankets and pillows smelled horribly of stale cigarette smoke. Also, it is right on a main road, and the sound from all the buses, cars and trucks driving by, is very loud.
