+Katarina is a great host who regularly messaged to check-in on whether there was anything we needed during our stay and when we did have a request (how to turn on the lights outside) she was very quick to get it sorted. She had some great recommendations for places to eat in Nin and was always happy to respond to questions. The location could not be better and was perfect for us as we did not have a car. It is a five minute walk to the old town, five minutes walk to the supermarket, a couple of minutes to the bakery and fish monger, and about 15 minutes (pleasant) walk to the two beaches in Nin. The bus stop to Zadar is about three minutes away. The property is great and worked really well for our family - the bedrooms are all upstairs and equally sized, all with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas had everything that you would need, and there is a BBQ outside that we used regularly. The pool is great and was probably our childrens' favourite part of the holiday. The house faces the road but the garden and pool remain private as they are set back and there are olive trees at the front of the house. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would highly recommend

+We arrived on a late flight into Zadar but the host still met us at the property House had everything we could have needed. Was spotlessly clean as was the pool and garden area Short walk to the old town and supermarket Host recommended some lovely restaurants

“Great stay”
+Great villa, my friends and I had a wonderful time. Is spacious and cozy with all the facilities you need! Supermarkets, monuments, beautiful old town are 1 minute walking distance! We enjoyed sauna and barbecue the most! We had a very warm welcome and host is superkind! Definitely recommend! 🦋

+The place is just amazing! Such a great location! We had a perfect day. Everything you need is in place.👏 House is made literally with all equipment you've need. I wish we could stay more days, but we already booked in for another month. Price is really reasonable,really good offer. Everything was perfectly cleaned, and the host was lovely and helpful. “Traumurlaub mit sehr gastfreundlichen Menschen”
+Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, im unteren Wohnbereich ist dann noch ein separates Bad mit Badewanne, der Außenbereich ist super, der Pool ein Traum und die Barbecue Ecke einfach nur schön. Die Gastgeberin ist zauberhaft und sehr freundlich, absolut zu empfehlen einen Urlaub in dieser Villa zu machen.
