+Beautiful spacious property with indoor & outdoor dining areas. Very peaceful & private. We loved the pool as was very hot when we were there. Zlatko the host was very helpful & showed us how everything worked at the property. Excellent communication, enjoyed our stay!

“Beautiful modern Villa”
+Beautiful modern clean Villa, contained everything we needed for a weeks stay. Stayed as a family of 4. Boys enjoyed table tennis and table football. The pool was the perfect size and could soak up the sun on the sunbeds. Although location just outside of Split Old Town, train station was a few minutes walk away to take you direct to the harbour. The Mall of Split 20 minutes walk. Supermarket and shops under a 10 min walk away. Host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain all we needed to know and we really appreciated being allowed to leave our cases as our flight arrived early and we were allowed to check in earlier. Would highly recommend.

“Seemless and very enjoyable”
+The property itself was just amazing, everything spotless when we arrived and the wide range of facilities and amenities made it a very fun week for a group of 6 young, almost everything is thought out in the villa and well equipped with cleaning and cooking products as well as technology from electric lemon squeezers and ice machines to flatscreen tvs and sound systems. As a group of lads that were keen to go into town a lot we were skeptical about the out of town location however we came to realise it was actually perfect being very private and quite whilst also being a short cheap uber/bolt ride into the town. And for the host, zlatko and his dad were so kind and made the stay absolutely seamless by always being available and helping us with any issues. Overall it is a fantastic property and we all highly recommend it and would love to return.

“Amazing holiday Villa 🤩”
+The Villa was exactly as the photos, everything you need when staying in a villa, lots of outside space with an amazing pool, barbecue area, table tennis table & foozeball table. Everything a family needs to have an amazing holiday in Split. Short Uber ride to the old town & close to the Mall of Split. There is also to Supermarkets close by. I’d have no problem booking this Villa again, Zlatko our host was a gentleman. He was waiting st the villa when we arrived & explained how everything worked in the villa, communication from start to finish was excellent. Thanks again Zlatko we had an amazing holiday

“Just perfect”
+Stunning villa with everything you could wish for. Really helpful owners who were always quick to respond and couldn't do enough for you. Walking distance to two large supermarkets and cafe bars. Short and easy Uber ride into beautiful Split. Fabulous heated pool. Outdoor cooker for barbys. We spent a lot of time outdoors at the villa as it was fabulous.Loved everything about it.

“A Wonderful Modern Villa that is equipped with everything your heart could want for a holiday stay…and even more!!!”
+Villa Margita is an absolutely stunning villa found around 10 minutes drive outside the city centre of split. This was a perfect distance for me and my friends as it allowed for an easy Uber drive into the busy centre as well as being far out enough to be in a tranquil and quiet location. The finish on the Villa is fabulous with a really modern interior. All amenities are thought of so anything you can think of needing during your stay will most likely be supplied in this accommodation. Outside of the Villa there is a lovely dining table area that we played cards at as well as having great entertainment with the table football, table tennis and swimming pool. Finally I would like to mention that our host Zlatko who owns the property was a gentlemen who met us on our arrival and showed us around the Villa, where to find things and how everything worked in the Villa. He also made himself available for us the entire week just in case we had any questions or needed any help. Thank you again Zlatko for a Fabulous stay 🤩!
