“Enjoyable”
+Clean, great pool and jacuzzi, Spacious, secure. Gave us wine and beer upon arrival which was very nice. Clean bedrooms and lovely air conditioning in them. Brilliant setup outside to enjoy the pool or eat outside
−Lack of air conditioning in bottom floor. Power went on the last day but we had requested a late checkout late in our stay so not sure if it had anything to do with overstaying our original checkout time. A good walk to town but taxis were easily got and only €9

+Maite and Josè were excellent hosts and couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. From first contact to last they were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We arrived late in the evening and Maite had left beer and wine as a welcome gift from the house. When we asked about the possibility of a late check out they couldn't have been more accommodating allowing us to stay well beyond check out time. We will be back.
−Because the temperatures were so high during our visit ac downstairs would have made it absolutely perfect but it wasn't a negative by any means.

+Swimming pool lovely, enjoyed Jacuzzi, sun terrace at the top of the roof a joy, beautiful tiled floors throughout, , fantastic villa.
−The sun beds covers need upgrading ,maybe fans in the lounge and kitchen, as you can open doors but had my grand son with us so tricky and warm at night. The above are minor things , it was a superb villa.

+The Villa is lovely and clean with great facilities. My teenagers loved the pool and hot tub .We had a great week in the villa It was lovely having ac in each room and the beds were super comfy .It is very close to the Tues and Sat markets .
−It is definitely a 20 min walk for the town and beach.If I was to stay again I would do car hire .

“Rigtig dejlig ophold i Villa Maite, kan varmt anbefales”
+Fantastisk ude område til at hygge med udekøkken. Dejlig pool. Der var spabad, men vi brugte det ikke. Men det så skønt ud. Aircondition fungerede perfekt i soveværelserne. Der er en stor loftsvifte i underetagen, som fungerede godt sammen med en gulv ventilator. Aircondition fra værelserne kan sagtens køle huset behageligt ned. Lad et sæt nøgler altid være i nøgleboksen. Vi kom til at låse os ude, da døren ud til udeområde låser, når den lukkes. men vi fik hurtig hjælp. Ovnen virker. Den er lidt anderledes end vi er vant til, den skal tændes via timer. Det tager ca 30 min. at gå ned til byen, en taxa tilbage koster 7-8 euro. Alt fungerede og det var superhyggeligt.
−Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne li’. Savnede nogle nye og ens vinglas. Et par enkelte skåle også. Men virkelig småting.

“Un acierto”
+La casa es fantástica, hemos disfrutado mucho de la zona exterior. Mis hijos han pasado horas en el jacuzzi, la piscina tiene un tamaño estupendo y pudimos hacer todas las comidas fuera ya que cuando daba el sol por las mañanas, podíamos cerrar la carpa para que no molestara. La cocina es muy amplia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y las habitaciones muy cómodas. Además, destacar la magnífica disposición de los anfitriones: atentos a todo, tuvimos una duda con un electrodoméstico y nos la resolvieron al segundo, además de ayudarnos con algunas cosas que les preguntamos durante nuestra estancia (a pesar de no tener nada que ver con la casa). Desde luego si volvemos a Nerja repetiremos ahí y la recomendaremos.
