+We had a wonderful stay at Villa Magtafa! The villa is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special mention goes to Meriam, the chef, who was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, freshly prepared and one of the highlights of our stay. Her cooking and warm hospitality really made the experience even more memorable. A fantastic place to stay, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

“Renting this villa is the best way to experience Marrakesh with a family!”
+We loved everything about our stay at this villa. The owner Mona is very prompt to answer emails and gives you all the information you need before arriving. We are a family of 6 Canadians comprised of 2 parents with 4 adult children in their twenties. We normally do a family vacation once a year in January as their schedules are pretty busy. We arrived at the villa after having done a 4-day excursion to Mergouza for a luxury Sahara Desert Trip. We were all very tired after the 10 hour drive. We arrived at the villa a little after 8 pm and they had prepared a wonderful self service dinner for us (Tagine, salads, bread, etc). The house manager Meriam is there everyday form 9 to 5 and she takes care of everything (cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc.). She is an absolute angel and definitely an asset to this property rental. Her meals were exquisite and so varied! She is discreet and very efficient. We barely know she's there but somehow gets everything done. Please tip her generously! The whole family just loved her! Breakfast is included in the rental price but other meals are an utter bargain at 18 euros/person/meal. I don't think I could make Meriam's meals at home for that price. The
−If I had to pick one thing that was a little inconvenient, it would be the payment method for extra amenities (meals, pool heating, driver to Marrakesh, etc.). The amounts were very reasonable, but you had to pay cash for all of these extras at the end of your stay. For a whole family that could amount to significant cash to have on hand, especially since there are no bank machines anywhere near the villa. Also be prepared to try 4-5 different bank machines in Marrakesh before you find one that has cash. We were told that the machines in Marrakesh often run out of cash on weekends. Luckily the owner allowed us to use paypal for part of the accrued incidental expenses.

“An excellent villa for a family holiday - highly recommended”
+Just perfect accommodation for a family holiday. It felt secure, comfortable and spacious. The air conditioning mostly worked well and was much enjoyed during the 43 degC temperature. The pool was a perfect temperature, size and depth. The garden is well cared for, the garden furniture is a good mix and was perfect for us. The staff looking after the garden, the pool and the house are all attentive and discreet. Beds and bedding are all comfortable. Mariam, the housekeeper, prepared an excellent breakfast each morning, and dinner whenever we requested it, the price for which was fair. The owner, Mona, was very communicative, friendly and available. This villa was recommended to us by friends, and we were pleased they did. We would also recommend it to friends.
−These are not criticisms, but I have been asked to provide content in this section. One of the bedrooms (the twin) was actually in a separate outbuilding, unattached to the house, and not made up when we arrived late in the evening. We worked around it and ended up just using the other three bedrooms, but having only three bedrooms in the house might be an issue if you want to use all four. WiFi is unreliable. There are three separate routers throughout the house, but even when the connection to the router(s) is good, the quality of the broadband connection is not. The roads in Morocco are dangerous, and for drivers who are not confident, the regular drive into and out of the city, or the supermarket, could become an unappealing prospect.

+My recent stay at this villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived. The villa itself was stunning, with luxurious amenities that made for a truly memorable stay. The attention to detail in the villa's design and furnishings was impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the private pool and outdoor area, perfect for relaxing In summary, I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I look forward to returning soon!

+We liked everything about the villa, the space, pool, the gardens, breakfast was delicious. It was such a treat! Mona and Mariam are wonderful. Mona on hand always to help, and we had breakfast and a couple of dinners made by Mariam which were wonderful. We’d love to come back!

+The villa was SPECTACULAR! Absolutely stunning, so clean and welcoming. The gardens were amazing with all the different trees/plants/flowers, and with the 3 little tortoises in the garden! I think this villa might be my favourite place on earth.
