“Superb countryside retreat”
+I am sitting in the garden just before leaving and I am sure the next guests won’t mind if we don’t leave…. This is a fantastic experience and even better than we hoped. The weather has been great but the absolute winner is the villa and the extensive gardens. There are numerous places to sit and lounge outside as well as eat. The villa is extremely well equipped so cooking meals is easy. It is a 10 minute drive into Bastardo where there are 3 supermarkets. Kristin and Hannes are amazing hosts and will do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This is a gorgeous experience

“Relaxing Rustic Villa”
+Beautiful location to relax and enjoy time in the garden and olive grove, surrounded by scenic hills. Visiting in April meant we were able to see much of the garden coming to life and flowering. The host is very attentive, kind and responds quickly in case of questions. The villa is just a few minutes drive from a town (Bastardo) for groceries and essentials. The villa was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor and furnishing is well done, perfect for a rustic villa. There are many beautiful towns to visit within a 30-45 minute drive - a great spot to explore Umbria from. We hope to return again in the future!

“Best Umbria experience!”
+Beautiful location amongst hills, olive trees, and vineyards. Bastardo has all the supplies you will need! The surrounding hill towns are the crowning finish. Kristin and Haness have and are doing a great job!

+Stunning villa in Umbria! Tucked into a peaceful olive grove, this place is a dream. It’s perfectly located near charming hill towns, offering quiet serenity with breathtaking views from every window. The villa is incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. The lush courtyard is the perfect spot to relax - you could easily spend all day there! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

“Wonderful family holiday”
+We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning villa for a week, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The villa itself is beautiful , with a lovely pool, huge gardens filled with olive trees. The house was immaculate and provided all the comforts of home. But what really made our stay exceptional was our gracious host, Kristin. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, booking restaurant reservations for us and making herself available via message whenever we had a question or request. Kristin's kindness and hospitality truly made this villa feel like a home away from home. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. The combination of the villa's stunning beauty and Kristin's wonderful hospitality made our vacation truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return! Even our dog wanted to stay there forever .

+La location è fantastica: una villa bellissima, pulita, spaziosa e munita di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. La struttura è immersa nella natura con diversi spazi dove rilassarsi e una piscina impeccabile. Il vero punto forte è la host Kristin, gentilissima e attentissima, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare delle confetture fatte in casa e del sale alle rose per il barbecue, inoltre si è resa disponibile per qualunque domanda o necessità avessimo.

“Toplocatie in Umbrië met fantastich zwembad en voorzien van alle gemakken.”
+Het is een klein paradijsje. Een prachtige villa voorzien van alles en met een werkelijk geweldig zwembad. Enorme tuin met olijfbomen helemaal fenced, wij hadden onze homd mee. Typisch ongerepte Umbrische omgeving met paar geweldige wijndomeinen, enoteca’s en restaurants in oa Montefalco en Spello, en natuurlijk ook Perugia en Assisi allemaal binnen 15-45 min. In Bastardo op 5 min met auto hele mooie EMI supermarket. Prima heuvelachtige omgeving ook om te rennen en te fietsen. De host Kristin is echt geweldig en super behulpzaam. Wil je naar wijnproeverij, Kristin regelt het via via. We hadden lekke band, Kristin regelde dat we binnen dag nieuwe band hadden. Absolute aanrader deze locatie, we komen graag terug.
